I feel John Battaglia and his staff very honorable. Responsive and accessible. Service excellent. Unfortunately, it took 3 visits before issue identified and resolved, but happy to have all in good order and confident that if anything goes awry with the work, John will take care of it. Good to have someone to trust.

They responded immediately ( same day )to a required repair , technician ( Julian ) was professional , knowledgeable and had all the correct tools to repair / replace needed parts.
He explained everything that was needed in clearly understood terms and had my refrigerator ( Sub Zero )back up and fully functioning in two hours. Amazing !!
