World class service on our older Sub 0 fridge. Jason had our leak diagnosed immediately, and he found an oil leak from our compressor fan. Extremely fast service. The technician was on his way to resolve our faulty fridge within minutes of my call. Dan, the technician came and gave a full honest assessment of options as our Sub-Zero with various price points. He was done and gave me a full rundown of the service and maintenance tips going forward. Our Sub-Zero should go for another 10-15 years. Highly recommend!

I contacted John at about noon today, the day before July 4th, asking for service on my 35 year old Sub Zero refrigerator. I honestly didn’t expect a response until after the holiday weekend. John called back within minutes - and it turned out he would be in my neighborhood today. He offered to come by in an hour! I was amazed at his responsiveness. John arrived on time as promised, and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. It was a significant job - the whole sealed system was leaking and needed to be replaced. He was prepared with all of the parts necessary for the repair. Within two hours the fridge was repaired, reassembled and working like new. He provided a 2 year warranty on his work.
John is highly skilled in SubZero repairs, very professional, and I give him my highest recommendation!
