Awesome service and knowledgeable technician. Julian came to fix our water leak we have been dealing with for over a year. He quickly found the problem and serviced everything else;filters ,cleanings ,etc in a very efficient manner and educated me on our sub zero refrigerator. Very polite and pleasant young man and a great attitude. Keep up the excellent job Julian. You will be successful anything you choose to do

Had sub zero on pseg worry free. It flakes out and pseg said part was on back order. 2 weeks later it was still on back order. I called these folks at 1030pm and by 7 am they called me back and where at my house making the repairs. Absolutely recommend them.

A wire was out of place and got cut when the cover was opened, causing an electrical short. Joe gave me a call first thing in the morning and helped me trouble-shoot the issue over the phone and suggested some DIY repairs that worked.
I can definitely respect some one who takes the time to explain how to make the fixes, instead of coming out on an expensive service call. Thank you!
