Had sub zero on pseg worry free. It flakes out and pseg said part was on back order. 2 weeks later it was still on back order. I called these folks at 1030pm and by 7 am they called me back and where at my house making the repairs. Absolutely recommend them.

A wire was out of place and got cut when the cover was opened, causing an electrical short. Joe gave me a call first thing in the morning and helped me trouble-shoot the issue over the phone and suggested some DIY repairs that worked.
I can definitely respect some one who takes the time to explain how to make the fixes, instead of coming out on an expensive service call. Thank you!

I used this company due to the glowing reviews and the reviews don't lie. They were excellent at cleaning and servicing my Subzero Fridge. My technician, Julian, was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how I can clean it in the future. He also explained the mechanics and gave us some possible issues we might experience down the road due to our fridge being really old. I would recommend this company and Julian 1000%.
