After reading all of the positive reviews, I decided to call Certified for my sub-zero. Our ice maker was not working. I also needed the air filter replaced on the fridge. They were prompt and responsive and got someone to my home that very afternoon. They quickly discovered that my water line to the ice maker had been turned off due to some other work going on in the house. They turned the water back on and changed out the air filter which was a simple plug in. The initial bill was more than I expected and they immediately addressed my concern in a very professional and courteous way. They also made me aware of a few issues that sub-zero has been addressing for my fridge model.
John and Paul were extremely knowledgeable, professional and quickly resolved all my issues. I will definitely be calling them to service my fridge in the future!

I spent a good deal of money on my sub zero 25 year old 561 with joe and company, my machine was fixed on Saturday over a year ago. The response time is literally one minute, they call right back. Amazing response and joe is a great guy.
Today I woke up and my refrigerator wasn’t cold. I called the company and within an hour I had John in my kitchen explaining that I needed even more work done to my unit. I really did not want to spend anymore money on an inherited old sub zero. John did the repair that should have costed over a thousand dollars for free. I have a new born and these guys did me and my wife a solid. Companies like this don’t exist anymore, call them when your sub zero breaks.

Chris was punctual (next morning service after my afternoon call), professional, and very knowledgeable about older Sub-Zero refrigerators. He quickly diagnosed the problems with my 561, and had all the necessary parts on hand to fix it. I am very happy with the level of service and expertise provided, and will not hesitate to call Certified Refrigeration again, should my Sub-Zero need further repairs. While there are newer, more energy efficient refrigerators available, I believe that the build quality and longevity of the 561 models is hard to replicate. I wasn't looking to spend $2,700 on repairs, but the fact that my 561 was built in 1990, and still had its original compressors, is testament to its basic reliability. I am okay with this type of failure after 28 years of trouble-free operation. While not cheap, the 2 1/2 hours of diagnostics and labor, and the installation of around $2,200 in brand-new, OEM parts, the overall price seemed fair to me. And weighing the pluses and minuses of purchasing a new refrigerator and having it installed - the considerable expense and inconvenience - only to likely wind up with something that will not be as robust, I decided that fixing my old Sub-Zero 561 was the best choice for me. Since Certified Refrigeration ONLY does Sub-Zero repairs, I don't know why you'd call anyone else. They know these machines inside and out.

Paul was terrific. He arrived on time, was very courteous and very knowledgable, explained exactly what he was going to do and the cost before doing anything. He completed the job on time and even touched up the door frame before he left. I would definitely recommend him and the company!

Very prompt response time. Problem diagnosis was fast and accurate. All parts for repair were on site. Pricey but hopefully solid repair job to ice maker.

Had Joe repair my subzero 8 years ago, (its an old unit), so when i got a message to "vacuum condenser" that wouldn't go away, I called them. Had the same repair guys again, who immediately knew the problem, and were able to fix it the same day. Dependable, knowledgeable service, and John and Chris are excellent technicians!
