Great experience. Fridge stopped cooling and called in around 9pm. They had an answering service that took my info and got a call promptly at 7am the next day for service. Techs came out around 1pm and was able to identify the issue and replace the part within 20 minutes. Note that I had my fridge re-built by these same folks 18 months prior for a pretty penny with 2 year warranty. Apparently the OEM replacement thermostats have been going bad, so no charge for replacement part and only the service charge.
These folks have all OEM subzero parts and they have them ready to go in their van. Thanks Joe S for getting me back in business. These guys are super fast and its clear they do this day in and day out for subzero appliances. They were wearing masks and very friendly.
