Certified Refrigeration repaired our Sub Zero on the same day - as the call was placed. Eric was terrific. He quickly identified the problem, addressed the issue, as well as helped with a few other concerns / questions that I had regarding our older Sub Zero. It is running great. I would highly recommend Certified Refrigeration.

These guys are the real deal!! I called in the morning because my fridge and freezer which are Sub Zero both gave out.... I got a call within 10 minutes of putting out a phone call and the gentleman Joe was extremely helpful and willing to come out ASAP!! No other company wanted to touch the fridge, he came to the house the same day, checked out the problem and no it was a day's worth of work and with no upset got right down to it.... all I can say is that they're super reasonable with their prices, and the work is phenomenal!! They were at my house on time and they stayed till the job was done and done right!! Joe is very knowledgeable and taught me a couple of things on how to care for my fridge and freezer to make them last!! Thank you Joe and Certified Refrigeration LLC!! I recommend them to anyone who needs any work done!! No matter how big or small they are the guys you want!!

I called about my subzero 550 97' and left a message. Got a call right back and Joe offered to fix the issue over the phone for free. My issue was my door was not sealing and we were not able to do it over the phone so he came. It took him about 20 min to adjust the door and when he was done, he REFUSED to take any money. Certified Refrigeration and specifically Joe are the best! Note this is the first Google post I have ever done because Joe earned it 100%.
