The company dealt with my broken fridge in a timely manner. I contacted them on Wednesday and they appeared early morning the next day. A smelly broken fridge is really a headache in summer. I don't need to worry about their service quality since they provide one year warranty. Joe said it would last for another one or two decades. Let's see...... :-)

I am very impressed by this companies service. I had an issue with my subzero refrigerator that was not cooling enough. The company send a service technician named Eric to my house. He was very professional, courteous, and had excellent knowledge about my subzero refrigerator. He was very quick in diagnosing the problem which was the thermostat unit which he replaced. He went beyond what I expected and also checked up every other component of the refrigerator to make sure everything was working properly. I would definitely recommend this service technician Eric and this business to anyone.

I'm a property manager and my client gave me Joe's name as their Sub Zero service tech. Called with a problem (November 2013) and Joe came quickly, assessed the situation (evap coils and pan loop heater), offered repair options and replacement estimate. Chose to repair the unit, which was done on the spot. Not 2 weeks later the unit died again. Joe came back, said the compressor was dead, and replaced it for free. Also offered a 2 year warranty, as opposed to his normal 1 year warranty. Excellent experience - would definitely use him again and recommend to others.

Today I was, for the 2nd time using your company, completely satisfied as a customer. I had received a quote to fix my sub-zero refrigerator from another service company and it was DOUBLE of what Certified Refrigeration did it for. Joe is the nicest and most honest guy around. I highly recommend using Certified Refrigeration for all of your sub-zero maintenance. I couldn't have found a better company!!!

My fridge was overheating, literally. I could not get in touch with anyone other company. Not only did they actually pick up the phone on a Saturday afternoon, they fixed it Sunday morning. Eric came out and he is a very nice guy.

great company! exceptionally quick response. My sub was fixed in no time with limited to no mess. Finally a sub zero repair company that didn't make me feel I was bothering them. Joe was the tech they sent and he was wonderful. His explanations were concise. In and out in a jiffy!

I had the pleasure to speak with Joe Battaglia concerning my Sub Zero refrigerator and the problem I was having. My ice maker wasn't working and flashed a signal telling me our ice condenser was not working. Joe could have easily charged me $85 for the visit and 1/2 of labor and parts but instead he told me a few functions and items I needed to do to reset the mechanism. To my surprise it worked and it cost me $0. To my amazement I had an honest guy on the other end of my phone and in the future I will only call Joe the owner of Certified Refrigeration to work on my refrigerator if any future problems arise. Don't bother looking for anyone else when you have a reputable guy like Joe in the field.

My Sub Zero was shot - so I thought. Joe came back 4 or 5 times trying to diagnose the problem. I was ready to shell out $15K for a new Sub Zero but he was determined to go the extra mile to narrow down what the problem could be. He literally spent hours and hours on it over multiple days and it paid off. Joe also called to follow up over the weekend to ensure everything was still working. He said he lost sleep over our refrigerator and I believe him! I will recommend him to anyone needing a reliable, responsive and capable repair service.

The compressor on our very old Sub Zero was broken and needed replaced. Of course this happened right before we were due to leave for vacation, but Certified came within a few hours of us calling! Also, they basically redid the entire fridge and it is now like brand new. The workers were extremely professional and very 'excited' about refrigerators. I would recommend them to anyone looking for repairs to their subzero.

I did my homework to see which Sub-zero repair company was the most affordable and had the most experience, and Certified Refrigeration came out on top by a long haul. Their customer service was truly a pleasure. I had my subzero fixed the very same day I called and the repair man who came was quick, respectful and very clean. My Sub-zero has been running like a brand new unit since. Look no further, I highly recommend Certified Refrigeration.
