When i called the gal who answered the phone was great and John returned my call immediately..
It's new years eve and my subzero died!
ANDREAS was beyond great! After replacing the condenser he cleaned up and you would never know he had taken things apart to work.
In this day and age it is really hard to feel good about a service call! BUT this group of techs are beyond fabulous! DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL WHEN YOU NEED SERVICE FOR YOUR SUBZERO!!!

Excellent service. They responded to service calls immediately and have always worked to solve whatever issue is going on. I have a 15 year old Sub-Zero and they never try to sell something I don't need.

The technician arrived when he said he would, was able to diagnose the problem and find another problem, and repair everything in a very short time. Parts were available, he was efficient, he explained what was wrong, and cleaned up nicely.

Incredibly responsive, prompt and professional. I called late on Monday afternoon for a leaking Subzero. The owner contacted me by txt within 30 mins. The technician came out the next morning, giving me an ETA that was super helpful in planning. The repair was thorough and he gave me excellent tips about annual maintenance. The technician was transparent about the repair and preventative measures. Overall, a phenomenal service.
