I called this morning after the long weekend about my Sub zero refrigerator, not cooling and everyone was v professional .The lady I spoke to was v kind and helpful. John the owner called me back in 10 mins after my initial call and told me to try few things over the phone and call back in half an hour, if the temp wasn't changing ,and his suggestion worked . They did not try to just send someone in and charge a fee. Knowledgeable ,honest and Skilful team. Thank you.
