I received an immediate response to my inquiry even though it was early in the morning . I was offered an appointment the same day When the technician arrived he was very professional in his assessment of the situation and recommended small things he was able to do to prevent possible future problems. I can recommend them without hesitation. I will definitely use them again for my other appliances they service.

After four failed attempts to fix a leak on our subzero fridge with another company, they got the job done! I called this morning and by 3pm this afternoon, our fridge was fixed! The staff was kind, knowledgeable and clean. So thankful we found them!

Had an amazing experience with the team! Joe is the real deal. They had to come and fix our Sub-Zero freezer three times and they were incredibly responsive, respectful and explained everything in detail. We will only use Certified again if we need freezer/fridge repairs!

When i called the gal who answered the phone was great and John returned my call immediately..
It's new years eve and my subzero died!
ANDREAS was beyond great! After replacing the condenser he cleaned up and you would never know he had taken things apart to work.
In this day and age it is really hard to feel good about a service call! BUT this group of techs are beyond fabulous! DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL WHEN YOU NEED SERVICE FOR YOUR SUBZERO!!!
