I contacted John at about noon today, the day before July 4th, asking for service on my 35 year old Sub Zero refrigerator. I honestly didn’t expect a response until after the holiday weekend. John called back within minutes - and it turned out he would be in my neighborhood today. He offered to come by in an hour! I was amazed at his responsiveness. John arrived on time as promised, and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. It was a significant job - the whole sealed system was leaking and needed to be replaced. He was prepared with all of the parts necessary for the repair. Within two hours the fridge was repaired, reassembled and working like new. He provided a 2 year warranty on his work. John is highly skilled in SubZero repairs, very professional, and I give him my highest recommendation!
