Julian is the reason our 25 -year-old Sub-Zero is still going strong. A few years ago, he diagnosed the problem, rebuilt the fridge same day, and gave it a new lease on life.
When it struggled during the recent heatwave, I was convinced it was the end. Instead, Julian carefully investigated, found frost buildup on the coils, determined a thorough service was needed vs an expensive repair. What a relief!
Julian is knowledgeable, honest, and professional, and the owner and his son run a top-notch company. Highly recommended!

World class service on our older Sub 0 fridge. Jason had our leak diagnosed immediately, and he found an oil leak from our compressor fan.
