I can’t recommend John enough. I’ve been cooking family holiday meals for 15 years, but for the last decade, I’ve been working around a broken Wolf oven. It really messed up the vibe of the kitchen. John came out and provided the most exact service I’ve ever seen, he had everything he needed right there on the truck. He knew right away the heating elements were blown, and had teplacwments teady to go. With a new heating elements, the Wolf is finally back in action and cooking like a dream like when i first got it. He saved me easy $10k and a lot of stress. Thanks for getting me back in the game!!

I received an immediate response to my inquiry even though it was early in the morning . I was offered an appointment the same day When the technician arrived he was very professional in his assessment of the situation and recommended small things he was able to do to prevent possible future problems. I can recommend them without hesitation. I will definitely use them again for my other appliances they service.

After four failed attempts to fix a leak on our subzero fridge with another company, they got the job done! I called this morning and by 3pm this afternoon, our fridge was fixed! The staff was kind, knowledgeable and clean. So thankful we found them!

Had an amazing experience with the team! Joe is the real deal. They had to come and fix our Sub-Zero freezer three times and they were incredibly responsive, respectful and explained everything in detail. We will only use Certified again if we need freezer/fridge repairs!
