Hank Bailey has assisted us with 2 purchases and one sale. He is aways available! He listed our property and in 3 days we had the offer we were wanting. Even with COVID-19 going on and limits on people at closings, he texted us to let us know he was standing by if we needed him. We have been impressed with his attention to detail, responsiveness, diligence, and integrity. He is professional and knowledgeable and works very hard for his clients. We will continue to use Hank moving forward. Couldn't ask for a better realtor.

My wife and I relocated to Georgia from out of state and contacted Hank Bailey a month before our scheduled arrival date. From the beginning, he was helpful and responsive to all of our questions. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, he also recommended two mortgage lenders. Hank immediately began sending us listings of houses for sale, geared toward our preferences. Once we arrived, we hit the ground running, with Hank showing us the houses we had chosen as possibilities. He never made us feel pressured into buying and, when asked, offered his honest opinion of the pros and cons of each house. As a result, it took us less than two weeks to find the house we wanted to purchase. A month later, we were in our new home. Hank went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. Throughout the whole process, he was always professional and quick to respond. We would not hesitate to recommend Hank and RE/MAX Legends!

Hank was “Johnny on the spot” in helping us purchase a lake home. He answered our texts and phone calls within minutes and was proactive in helping us through the inspection process and finding a contractor to make repairs as well as getting the septic tank inspected and other things that we would not have even thought of. It took four months to close due to my buyer not being able to close their house in time. He kept working with me to be sure that my house is closed. This was my first home purchase so I spoke with several realtors before I decided to choose Hank. He took the time to answer all my questions throughly (even if I asked the same one over and over) and he is very quick to respond. I don't recall it taking more than an hour or 45 min to get a response back, even if it was to just acknowledge my email, which I really appreciate. When he was unable to meet me at a home, he arranged to have his son take his place. (who also did a really good job, especially talking through pros and cons of a place) After we finished, Hank alwayed followed up with me directly to get my thoughts and to offer his advice. After we found a place a put an offer down, he was there for the inspection and answered questions from my family members about the process and the home. I'm often skeptical when I see a long list of praising reviews (which is why I talked to several realtors) but having worked with Hank, I can confidently say all the high praise is well deserved. When I move on to the next house, or have friends and family who are looking, Hank will be the person I will recommend.

When we found Hank we were having a very hard time selling our house for multiple reasons. Part of it was our prior realtor and the other some things going on behind our house. Hank came in by storm and assured us he would put 100% into our sale and boy did he deliver. This was a complex high stress sale finally after multiple contracts and multiple delays (on the buyers end) Hank got our house sold have only 6 short weeks and we had our house up for sale for 11 months. He is one of the most knowledgeable and professional realtors I have ever met and he put so much effort into selling our house it was incredible. Another impressive thing is how responsive he was whenever we had questions or if there were any kind of issues. How often do you find a realtor that puts his heart and sole into the sale of your home. He made us feel special not just a customer. Without doubt we would recommend him and use him again. Look at his reviews like I said he is incredible. If you want to sell your house you need to use Hank Bailey!

When seeing the incredible track record any agent like Hank has on sites like google and zillow, all you can really hope for is to get that same experience everyone raves about. Hank truly provides a seamless experience from an initial questionnaire about the housing market to closing. My experience with Hank was him being my buyer agent. This was my first house and you really can't have a better person on your team as Hank. Buying your first house is apparently supposed to be stressful but I did not feel any of that. We missed out on many houses due to how crazy the seller's market is in Athens, Georgia at the moment, but Hank always assured that we would keep looking, and we did. He handled everything for me and had impeccable response time for any and every question a first-time home buyer like me had.

Working with Hank to sell was unbelievably smooth and stress free. He is one of the most reliable individuals I know and I wouldn't think of using anyone else during our sell. Hank helped us find our first home 3 years ago and when we needed to move, there was no doubt in our mind that we would use Hank to help us sell it. Hank made this, my fifth, the easiest home purchase of my life. Everything went smoothly and quickly, as he promised. I found my new home on the first day of looking, and it was the second house I viewed. We both knew within seconds that this was the one. Hank has kept in touch since my closing in March 2017. I came across Hank on Google search looking for a ReMax realtor in the Buford area. His name came up with such great reviews and the most sales with condos. Well I can see why. When I first sat down with him I was so impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He knew the area well and also knew exactly how to price our home to sell. It did not take 10 days and we had numerous showings and ended up selling quickly. He kept us informed thoughout the entire process and was very responsive to all our calls and text messages. Quite frankly, I can't say enough about Hank as an agent. Being first time home-buyers, my fiancee and I were nervous and overwhelmed with the prospect of buying a house. Fortunately, Hank was there for us every step of the way. His knowledge of the entire process gave us confidence that we could find the right home for the right price. What I liked most about Hank was his availability. He would usually answer emails within the hour and multiple times set up tours of homes on the same day that we showed interest. In addition, Hank would not hesitate to tell us if he thought a house was listed incorrectly, or if they were potential problems/concerns. Hank was incredibly accommodating, patient, knowlegable, and responsive through the entire process. Because we had never purchased a home before, Hank would often anticipate and answer questions that more experienced buyers would know to ask (and we would never have thought of), and because of that, we had a lot of trust that we were in good hands. My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Hank over the past few years on multiple real estate transactions. Overview: Responsiveness and Resourcefulness- Between the Hours of 5:30am and 11:30pm Hank would send a response to my email within 15 minutes and have an answer to my question within 30. Offers ready for E-sign within 2 hours. In the rare occasion he was at a closing or out of town and could not show a property as fast as we like to see them he would make sure one of his associates would come show. Local Knowledge- Hank is a solid purchaser resource on local current and historical construction methods he is able to point out things and potential issues when looking at a property that most agents have no idea about. Process Expertise- Hank is an expert and was fully confident in his ability for the entire purchase or sale process. The 1 time Hank did not have a (100% reliable) answer to a unique situation we were confronted with in a purchase, he had an attorney on "speed dial" and was able to get the answer in short order. Negotiation Skills- I noticed Hank prescribes to the "Catch more bees with Honey" mindset when it comes to negotiations. He seems to be highly respected within the agent community and can get things done I strongly believe more novice agents could not. That being said, make no mistake, Hank will go to bat for you and your interests and will represent your interest and wishes with vigor. Interpersonal skills- Hank is confident and respectful in the way he conducts himself and interacts with everyone I've seen him interact with. In conclusion Hank is a solid resource to have in your corner. My wife and I are so grateful to have him in ours.
