Hank came to me as a reference from a good friend of mine. After unsuccessfully trying to sell my house through a big name real estate agent, I researched, looked at different reviews, and chose Hank. I'm so happy I did! The difference between Hank and other real estate agents is a world apart. For instance, potential buyers' feedback is a must when trying to sell your house; Hank was able to draw customers' input every time, and this in turn, helped in selling the house. It's not just that; but Hank is incredibly attentive; when you ask a question, he answers right away. Hank was always polite and professional. As other people have commented on here, and as my friend said, Hank makes everything very easy. In my case, I was selling my house. Hank made the whole process very easy. I spent 3 months trying to sell my house with the other big real estate agency; Hank sold my house in 15 days. I couldn’t recommend this guy more! Very good!

Hank helped us through the whole selling process. He answered all our questions quickly and knew in depth how the process worked. He was always willing to communicate immediately the papers and any new information. Would definitely recommend, and will be using when we go to buy a house. Additionally, his post selling follow ups/reaching out have been excellent and have made me feel extremely confident in using him again.

We have used Hank’s services twice now. Once the sell our home and again to purchase our home. We were very satisfied both times. We were referred to Hank by our daughter who was working with him to sell their home. She was very pleased how he handled her sale and how smoothly the whole process went. We had been contemplating selling our home as well so we did our due diligence in selecting an agent and decided to go with Hank and we are very glad we did. Hank was knowledgeable and informative of the current market as well as listened to our wants and needs. He hired an excellent photographer and marketed the home so that it had maximum exposure and as a result the home went under contract in less than a week, actually about 3 days if I recall correctly. We were very picky with our new home purchase and it took a while to find the right house. We looked at many houses over a period of several months. Hank was always patient and professional while taking in why each one we looked at wasn’t quite the right house. Eventually we found the right house and Hank made it a very smooth transaction. We think one of Hanks best traits is his commitment to keep you up to date and informed at all times, literally within minutes of sending him a message. Hank is always on time and is very prompt to follow up, usually with in just a few minutes. We would not hesitate to use Hank again should we find ourselves in a position to purchase or sell real estate. Highly recommend!

I first found Hank back in 2011 or so when doing an internet search to find the absolute best realtor in the Athens area, and choosing to call him was one of my better choices in life. Although we ended up not buying a house at that time, he lived up to his impressive reputation. A few years later my wife and I did buy a house, as by chance a realtor we met introduced us to a seller she represented and... well, long story short, we gained some experience working with a poor agent. Trust me, that is not something you need in your life. Shortly thereafter, we found ourselves needing to move south, and needed to sell our home quickly and as painlessly as possible. I knew who to call. Hank did a superb job and made the impossible happen in a surprisingly short period. We actually made a little profit off the home. A few years later, here we are again. We found a home we wanted and didn't hesitate. I knew who to call. The situation with this house was not an easy deal either, by any means. Leases and the moving of tenants from three different homes with three different landlords had to be masterfully coordinated, all the while trying to satisfy loan terms with two different banks and dealing with a California seller... Yesterday we sat with Hank and signed the paperwork. Afterward, I took my wife and two young children to our new home and was welcomed by neighbors. Hank made this happen for us. He is the most professional man I know. He is compassionate and polite, and is quite the lion when you need him to be. His hard work and dedication to mastering his craft is a most admirable quality, as is his obvious pleasure in helping others live fuller lives. Thank you again, Hank!

Hank recently sold our home in the Athens area, and made the entire process easy for first time home sellers. He was available to come out and look at the property and provided feedback and significant advice even before we signed with him. With Hank's advice and market knowledge, we were able to list (and sell) the home for more than we thought would be possible (even more than the asking price!), and he had us under contract in under a week of listing. Hank was always easy to reach, he answered all of our naive questions, and was consistent in communicating changes or updates to us without being overbearing or "spammy”. If you are looking for an agent who is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and personable Hank Bailey is the answer. No matter your price range he has unmatched market knowledge. During all of the walk throughs we did of homes as I was focused on more asthetic elements of the home, Hank could be found double checking foundational and structural aspects to ensure I as his client would be purchasing a home that was soundly and safely built and maintained. Hank was friendly, patient, fun, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive every single time we interacted. It is plainly obvious that he takes pride in his work and that this motivates his every action. I think my husband and I ended up looking at about 15 homes in five months together, in touch with Hank weekly, and often daily. Hank never wearied of this. Hank took genuine interest in everything we discussed, traded ideas, and always followed up. After our offer was accepted, Hank continued to be an incredible resource with the inspection, loan issues, and scheduling numerous meetings with four or five folks who could help us achieve our desired remodeling goals. I also want to note, as a young lady first-time home buyer, not once did I detect even the slightest whisper of being tuned out or condescended to - speaking from experience, that kind of behavior is the norm in this kind of high-stakes situation (e.g.: homes, cars, and construction). Day or night, Hank was incredibly responsive. The buying experience was as smooth as a stressful experience could be with Hank. He set up home viewings for us quickly and was patient as we weighed our options. Friendly, supportive, patient, and responsive are four strong attributes that we are grateful Hank has as an agent.

My wife and I are new to the area, so we weren't sure who to go with when searching for a home. We reached out to Hank after reviewing some of his reviews, and we are so happy we did! He responded to us literally within minutes, which was an early indication to me of his commitment to communication.
Throughout the home search, Hank provided us with honest and respectful advice every step of the way. It was clear that his goal through this process was to put our family in a home where we'd be happy and within our budget. When it came time to place offers on homes, Hank made the process so easy for us with his recommendations and his prompt communication with the other agents. Then, once we came under contract on a home, Hank walked us through the process to get to closing, making strong recommendations along the way for things like home inspectors and home warranty options. We successfully closed on a home, and we are very excited and satisfied with the property!
My wife and I were so grateful for Hank's professionalism and his intentional approach to helping us find the right home. As I mentioned earlier, his prompt and thorough communication with us was so refreshing and appreciated. All-in-all, I'd say Hank didn't meet the expectations set by other reviews on Zillow and other sites... he far exceeded them. I'm sure there are other great real estate agents working in this area, but you simply can't miss if you work with Hank!
