When seeing the incredible track record any agent like Hank has on sites like google and zillow, all you can really hope for is to get that same experience everyone raves about. Hank truly provides a seamless experience from an initial questionnaire about the housing market to closing. My experience with Hank was him being my buyer agent. This was my first house and you really can't have a better person on your team as Hank. Buying your first house is apparently supposed to be stressful but I did not feel any of that. We missed out on many houses due to how crazy the seller's market is in Athens, Georgia at the moment, but Hank always assured that we would keep looking, and we did. He handled everything for me and had impeccable response time for any and every question a first-time home buyer like me had.

Working with Hank to sell was unbelievably smooth and stress free. He is one of the most reliable individuals I know and I wouldn't think of using anyone else during our sell. Hank helped us find our first home 3 years ago and when we needed to move, there was no doubt in our mind that we would use Hank to help us sell it. We started a few months out and decided with Hank that we would do some small renovations. Hank helped to line up recommendations and the work was done well. Hank coached us through the sell process and lined up everything for us. Our house sold in under 15 days and most of that is because of the amazing work Hank put into the photos, listing, and follow ups with interested buyers.

Hank made this, my fifth, the easiest home purchase of my life. Everything went smoothly and quickly, as he promised. I found my new home on the first day of looking, and it was the second house I viewed. We both knew within seconds that this was the one. Hank has kept in touch since my closing in March 2017. I highly recommend Hank, unless, of course, you love torturous home buying/selling experiences.

I want to say that selling our home with Hank was one of the the easiest we have ever had and we have bought and sold over 7 homes. I came across Hank on Google search looking for a ReMax realtor in the Buford area. His name came up with such great reviews and the most sales with condos. Well I can see why. When I first sat down with him I was so impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He knew the area well and also knew exactly how to price our home to sell. It did not take 10 days and we had numerous showings and ended up selling quickly. He kept us informed thoughout the entire process and was very responsive to all our calls and text messages. Not once did feel like a bother. I can say if you are in need of selling or buying your home I highly recommend Hank Bailey. Thank you again!

Quite frankly, I can't say enough about Hank as an agent. Being first time home-buyers, my fiancee and I were nervous and overwhelmed with the prospect of buying a house. Fortunately, Hank was there for us every step of the way. His knowledge of the entire process gave us confidence that we could find the right home for the right price. What I liked most about Hank was his availability. He would usually answer emails within the hour and multiple times set up tours of homes on the same day that we showed interest. In addition, Hank would not hesitate to tell us if he thought a house was listed incorrectly, or if they were potential problems/concerns. I could go on and on, but the bottomline is you're in good hands with Hank!

Being first time homebuyers and not knowing what to expect, we started going to tour houses this summer with Hank. Hank was incredibly accommodating, patient, knowlegable, and responsive through the entire process. Because we had never purchased a home before, Hank would often anticipate and answer questions that more experienced buyers would know to ask (and we would never have thought of), and because of that, we had a lot of trust that we were in good hands. After entering into the scary process of purchasing a home for the first time and being skeptical about whom we could trust to guide us through the process, Hank turned out to be a great choice, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience with him.

My wife and I have had the pleasure of working with Hank over the past few years on multiple real estate transactions. Overview: Responsiveness and Resourcefulness- Between the Hours of 5:30am and 11:30pm Hank would send a response to my email within 15 minutes and have an answer to my question within 30. Offers ready for E-sign within 2 hours. In the rare occasion he was at a closing or out of town and could not show a property as fast as we like to see them he would make sure one of his associates would come show. Local Knowledge- Hank is a solid purchaser resource on local current and historical construction methods he is able to point out things and potential issues when looking at a property that most agents have no idea about. Process Expertise- Hank is an expert and was fully confident in his ability for the entire purchase or sale process. The 1 time Hank did not have a (100% reliable) answer to a unique situation we were confronted with in a purchase, he had an attorney on "speed dial" and was able to get the answer in short order. Negotiation Skills- I noticed Hank prescribes to the "Catch more bees with Honey" mindset when it comes to negotiations. He seems to be highly respected within the agent community and can get things done I strongly believe more novice agents could not. That being said, make no mistake, Hank will go to bat for you and your interests and will represent your interest and wishes with vigor. Interpersonal skills- Hank is confident and respectful in the way he conducts himself and interacts with everyone I've seen him interact with. In conclusion Hank is a solid resource to have in your corner. My wife and I are so grateful to have him in ours. Disclosure: I received nothing from this review, I respect Hank enough to give an honest opinion.

Hank did an amazing job helping us find and purchase a new home for our growing family a few years ago. He lined up some great homes to look at based on our interests, and I was really surprised how quickly we found our home as I felt we were pretty particular. He also helped sell our old home. It doesn't always work out this way, but the timing on the sale and purchase lined up perfectly. He gave us great advice throughout the whole process, which I know was key to us finding the right price and timing on the sale and purchase. I know he'll be the first I call if the need arises again.

Knowledgeable of the market conditions, provided sound advice as I struggled with two different buyers who terminated on the last day of the 14 day due diligence periods due to inspection concerns, and encouraged me when I wondered if I would ever sell my home. We had been contemplating selling our home as well so we did our due diligence in selecting an agent and decided to go with Hank and we are very glad we did. Hank was knowledgeable and informative of the current market as well as listened to our wants and needs. He hired an excellent photographer and marketed the home so that it had maximum exposure and as a result the home went under contract in less than a week, actually about 3 days if I recall correctly. We think one of Hanks best traits is his commitment to keep you up to date and informed at all times, literally within minutes of sending him a message. We would highly recommend Hank when purchasing or selling your home.

Hank came to me as a reference from a good friend of mine. After unsuccessfully trying to sell my house through a big name real estate agent, I researched, looked at different reviews, and chose Hank. I'm so happy I did! The difference between Hank and other real estate agents is a world apart. For instance, potential buyers' feedback is a must when trying to sell your house; Hank was able to draw customers' input every time, and this in turn, helped in selling the house. It's not just that; but Hank is incredibly attentive; when you ask a question, he answers right away. Hank was always polite and professional. As other people have commented on here, and as my friend said, Hank makes everything very easy. In my case, I was selling my house. Hank made the whole process very easy. I spent 3 months trying to sell my house with the other big real estate agency; Hank sold my house in 15 days. I couldn’t recommend this guy more! Very good!

I first found Hank back in 2011 or so when doing an internet search to find the absolute best realtor in the Athens area, and choosing to call him was one of my better choices in life. Although we ended up not buying a house at that time, he lived up to his impressive reputation. A few years later my wife and I did buy a house, as by chance a realtor we met introduced us to a seller she represented and... well, long story short, we gained some experience working with a poor agent. Trust me, that is not something you need in your life. Shortly thereafter, we found ourselves needing to move south, and needed to sell our home quickly and as painlessly as possible. I knew who to call. Hank did a superb job and made the impossible happen in a surprisingly short period. We actually made a little profit off the home. A few years later, here we are again. We found a home we wanted and didn't hesitate. I knew who to call. The situation with this house was not an easy deal either, by any means. Leases and the moving of tenants from three different homes with three different landlords had to be masterfully coordinated, all the while trying to satisfy loan terms with two different banks and dealing with a California seller... Yesterday we sat with Hank and signed the paperwork. Afterward, I took my wife and two young children to our new home and was welcomed by neighbors. Hank made this happen for us. He is the most professional man I know. He is compassionate and polite, and is quite the lion when you need him to be. His hard work and dedication to mastering his craft is a most admirable quality, as is his obvious pleasure in helping others live fuller lives. Thank you again, Hank!
