My wife and I are new to the area, so we weren't sure who to go with when searching for a home. We reached out to Hank after reviewing some of his reviews, and we are so happy we did! He responded to us literally within minutes, which was an early indication to me of his commitment to communication.
Throughout the home search, Hank provided us with honest and respectful advice every step of the way. It was clear that his goal through this process was to put our family in a home where we'd be happy and within our budget. When it came time to place offers on homes, Hank made the process so easy for us with his recommendations and his prompt communication with the other agents. Then, once we came under contract on a home, Hank walked us through the process to get to closing, making strong recommendations along the way for things like home inspectors and home warranty options. We successfully closed on a home, and we are very excited and satisfied with the property!
My wife and I were so grateful for Hank's professionalism and his intentional approach to helping us find the right home. As I mentioned earlier, his prompt and thorough communication with us was so refreshing and appreciated. On closing day, Hank shared with us that he hopes to continue to provide us with advice and suggestions for anything we might need going forward as we settle into our new house. It is this commitment to us and our needs that impressed us most regarding Hank.
All-in-all, I'd say Hank didn't meet the expectations set by other reviews on Zillow and other sites... he far exceeded them. I'm sure there are other great real estate agents working in this area, but you simply can't miss if you work with Hank!

Hank was always quick to call back with ANY questions I had. He worked hard to run down many of the unique detailed questions I had. You won't find this type of service in most real estate guys!!

I am very happy that we chose Hank Bailey as our realtor when selling our home. He is in constant communication and replies within minutes to every question or concern. Hank both sold us the house and then sold it again for us approximately a year later. He was always courteous, knowledgeable about the market, responsive to our numerous requests for info and updates, helpful in referring us to local reputable contractors and certainly someone I would recommend.
I have no complaints and nothing but good things to say about Hank.

Hank is a great realtor he is honest, caring, great negotiator and has integrity. He answered my questions and never once made me feel stupid. He quickly responded each time I contacted him and he made the selling process easier. He also understood that I still loved my house and I had to sell it because I was moving out of state. He didn't just treat it like an object he cared. For these reasons and so many others I would strongly recommend Hank and I have recommended him to my friends.

We contacted 6 agents well ahead of when we wanted to list our home. Four responded back once. Two kept in contact and came by to give us their thoughts. Hank had confidence and was very specific on each step of the process. The entire process went smooth. If we had a question he would answer quickly and worked diligently for us, often late into the night. I've heard that the home searching/buying process can be a long and stressful one. I've never purchased a home and I knew I'd need the most knowledgeable and easy-going realtor I could find. Hank Bailey was just that. He made sure at the beggining to express to us that no matter how many homes we had to look at, and no matter how many late night viewings we may have, that he wouldn't stop working until we had the house we wanted. A real home we wanted to live in. We discussed with him what we wanted and could afford and he would send us listings everyday. I'd say the best part about the entire process with Hank was that he was extremely honest with us about ever house we would view. He told us what he liked and didn't like. And he had an amazing sense for what we liked and we were both very open about if we didn't like a house we'd leave and go to the next one. It wasn't a long process because we found the right house pretty quickly. And Hank told us before we went to see it that it was exactly what we would love and he was right. Hank has been wonderful, helpful, and extremely honest. I would recommend him and his team to anyone. Thanks again Hank.

I can not say enough good things about Hank and how how happy I am that we chose him as our realtor when selling our home. We had already relocated to another city and needed somebody that could really walk us through the process even though we were long-distance, and he has been there every step. He is in constant communication and replies within minutes to every question or concern. Not only that, when our house was listed we had our first showing request in under 45 minutes, 10-12 showings over next couple of days, and we had accepted an offer and were under contract 4 days later. If you are searching for a realtor there is no one else I would recommend other than Hank- I promise you will not regret it!

Cannot recommend Hank Bailey enough, amazing realtor and stellar person. He is a communicator and I was always informed throughout the process. I found a home that I really liked and it just been listed that day! Called up Hank to schedule a viewing and... under contract... He suggested we still go check it out.. It was perfect... Major bummer at this point. Hank however suggested that rather than put in a backup offer he stay "close" to the seller in hopes the contract fell through. Well I am sitting on the porch of that very home today. Because of Hank's tireless work ethic, the seller called him right away when the previous contract fell through. We were also able to negotiate a very positive position. Needless to say we are thrilled and will continue to use and recommend Hank's services whenever in need. Hank thank you for everything!
