If you are looking for an agent who is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and personable Hank Bailey is the answer. No matter your price range he has unmatched market knowledge. During all of the walk throughs we did of homes as I was focused on more asthetic elements of the home, Hank could be found double checking foundational and structural aspects to ensure I as his client would be purchasing a home that was soundly and safely built and maintained. Right from the moment we met Hank, we knew that he was the agent for us. He was honest, made us feel very comfortable and was quick to the point. Hank was friendly, patient, fun, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive every single time we interacted. It is plainly obvious that he takes pride in his work and that this motivates his every action. I think my husband and I ended up looking at about 15 homes in five months together, in touch with Hank weekly, and often daily. Hank never wearied of this. Hank took genuine interest in everything we discussed, traded ideas, and always followed up. After our offer was accepted, Hank continued to be an incredible resource with the inspection, loan issues, and scheduling numerous meetings with four or five folks who could help us achieve our desired remodeling goals. I also want to note, as a young lady first-time home buyer, not once did I detect even the slightest whisper of being tuned out or condescended to - speaking from experience, that kind of behavior is the norm in this kind of high-stakes situation (e.g.: homes, cars, and construction). Day or night, Hank was incredibly responsive. The buying experience was as smooth as a stressful experience could be with Hank. My wife and I are new to the area, so we weren't sure who to go with when searching for a home. We reached out to Hank after reviewing some of his reviews, and we are so happy we did! He responded to us literally within minutes, which was an early indication to me of his commitment to communication.
Throughout the home search, Hank provided us with honest and respectful advice every step of the way. It was clear that his goal through this process was to put our family in a home where we'd be happy and within our budget. When it came time to place offers on homes, Hank made the process so easy for us with his recommendations and his prompt communication with the other agents. Then, once we came under contract on a home, Hank walked us through the process to get to closing, making strong recommendations along the way for things like home inspectors and home warranty options. We successfully closed on a home, and we are very excited and satisfied with the property!
My wife and I were so grateful for Hank's professionalism and his intentional approach to helping us find the right home. As I mentioned earlier, his prompt and thorough communication with us was so refreshing and appreciated. All-in-all, I'd say Hank didn't meet the expectations set by other reviews on Zillow and other sites... he far exceeded them. I'm sure there are other great real estate agents working in this area, but you simply can't miss if you work with Hank!
