Hank Bailey did an outstanding job. He was very professional and answered all of our questions immediately by phone call or by text. He made the very stressful job of selling a home much easier. Since we are older sellers, he, also, worked with our son long distance to help get our home sold very quickly. Great job, Hank!!!

Hank is by far the most competent, responsive and customer service oriented realtor I have ever worked with. His understanding of the local area was invaluable. Even though we had a wide price range we never felt pressured to buy more than we felt comfortable with. Unlike other realtors we have used in the past, once we were under contract Hank still worked very hard to answer any questions and ensure a smooth closing. Due to Hank's top notch skills and knowledge of the market, we were able to get an amazing house in a beautiful neighborhood at an awesome price. Whether a buyer or seller, Hank should definitely be your choice in the Athens/Oconee/Greater Atlanta area!

This is my second time using Hank to buy or sell real estate. After selling my home, he served as my buyer's agent on a new townhome purchase. During construction if I had any concerns, from the crack in the slab floor to whatever it might be, he was always responsive and got my concerns in front of the builder and his agents to make sure matters were handled. I always knew that if I called, texted, or email Hank with anything that in his detailed way he would care about me and my needs. I will not hesitate to recommend Hank to family and friends in need of a realtor.

Hank helped me sell a house in Lawrenceville. I chose him because of his reviews online and he met all my expectations. We had an offer after 4 weeks of showing and closed in under 2 months or so. I was particularly impressed with the way Hank handled negotiations when the buyers came back with repair requests after home inspection.

Hank has been selling homes for a long time, and has seen it all. Having his experience and perspective proved valuable to us at every crucial point and with every question and concern we had. What I liked most about Hank after talking to him about selling our home (aside from his Type A personality) was that he understood the importance of the negotiation aspect of his job. It was important to us that the agent selling our home be strong in this area, as I had encountered other agents during the interview process who seemed to be focused too much on the lighter side of real estate (showing houses) and intimidated by the actual deal making. Hank helped us through a challenging appraisal issue, going above and beyond our expectations to get us to a point where we were satisfied with the outcome. Besides being a pro you can trust, Hank is a man of faith who loves his family. We couldn't have asked for a better situation and would recommend him to anyone needing an excellent agent.

Hank is the realtor who knows what he is doing. He will respond to you call ASAP, he has all the answers you are looking for. He negotiates very well , markets the property the way you would expect. I would recommend highly.

Hank was phenomenal! He had our house sold with a week of listing. He had more showings in three days than the previous realtor had in four weeks. Hank is easy to work with, very responsive, and answered all of our silly questions without hesitation. As a first-time seller there were a number of aspects of the process that I wasn't familiar with. We interviewed several real estate agents prior to the sale of our home. After reviewing several, Hank stood out from the rest. He was honest, very knowledgeable, professional and down to earth. We felt very comfortable with our decision. He made it very easy to list our home with him. The professional photography was an added bonus and our home had an offer in LESS THAN 24 HOURS!! He was always immediately available to speak with regarding questions or concerns throughout the entire process. He kept us updated and even assisted the buyers agent Pat Greene with their end of the contract. Hank is definitely an expert at what he does and it shows! Sincere, trustworthy and accessible. Hank was someone that we went with after talking to a few different realtors because he came across as a genuine person. As a prosecutor, I am naturally skeptical but Hank showed how good values, hard work and honesty can make a difference. Our house went under contract after a week and Hank guided us through the process. He is very persistent and personable. He and I communicated by phone and text several times each day. We had a curve ball or two thrown our way during the "under contract" phase, but Hank showed me that he was honest and experienced, and exercised excellent judgment. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for someone with good old values and will sell your house as good as anybody, if not better.

Words cannot describe how pleased we were to work with Hank again. He helped us find our home 2 yrs ago and he was the only one we would consider listing it a few months ago. He is not your typical realtor, who works from 8pm to 5pm. If you have any questions or concerns at any time, he is prompt to answer them right away. His negotiation skills were outstanding, we had a unique situation and he knew exactly how to handle it.

I have to confess, Hank didn't sell my home, but he did sell my in-laws home! My husbands parents kept telling us about this realtor they had and how he has such a great reputation in the community and we didn't really think much of it. My husband and I live in CT and his parents lived in Lawrenceville, GA. The distance always made us question any realtor that his parents were talking to, but boy did Hank prove himself to us! My in-laws decided to move abroad to take care of an ill relative and they needed to sell off everything from the furniture and their cars to ultimately their house. They went with another realtor first and not much really happened. They thought they were never going to sell and they would be stuck here awhile longer while our relative got sicker and sicker. Before we knew it, Hank came into the picture and 4 days later, the house was sold. Now, that was the easy part because while we all thought that would be the hard part, what really killed us was trying to close. The date was originally set for March 25th, but it kept getting pushed back further and further because of the buyers lender. Throughout the entire process, Hank kept us informed and called regularly with updates. He made sure to be always available and was sincere in understanding our frustration. We finally closed on April 20th, almost a full month later and as much as it stressed everyone out, Hank was there to fight for our side. It wasn't easy especially because after the originally closing scheduled date my husbands parents came up to CT to stay with us for a few weeks before officially moving abroad. We saw our parents frustration and stress throughout the entire closing process. As much as everyone doubted if the closing would actually happen or not, one thing never changed and that was how our parents felt about Hank. Ultimately, he was on top of everything, kept the lines of communication open, and had our best interests at heart. I hope we can find a realtor like Hank up here in CT for when we decide to move! For anyone looking for a realtor in the GA area, you'd be in good hands with Hank!

I had my house on the market for 6 months with very little true interest, I contracted with Hank after the 6 months and Hank had an offer on the table within 4 weeks. Hank was very familiar with the loan options and also with the fair market value in the area. Hank was very good at keeping me informed. If I ever need to purchase or sale a home, Hank would be my first contact.

Hank made every process of selling our house as painless as possible! He always kept us updated and always made us feel like we were his only clients! My wife and I found ourselves looking for a house out of state and researched for the best realtor in the area we were interested in.
Our search came up with Hank Bailey. Hank is very familiar with the area he works in, professional, knowledgeable and really all and all, just an around nice guy. The kind of guy you would like for next door neighbor. Hank closed on the scheduled date and iron out any diversion that came up.

Hank tries to list your house for a great price. I interviewed other realtors, and they wanted to list my house for a lot lower than what he suggested. This got me a lot better price for my home. He was extremely responsive, both through texts, e-mails, and phone calls. Through his system I got a lot of views on my house as well. He also sold the house behind me very fast as well. I would recommend him to anybody. He doesn't play around. You are his interest, and he will do anything to help you out.
If I didn't have a realtor like him, I would have been lost in the process. Thank you so much Hank!
