I want to thank Hank for his professional service he rendered during the sale process of my home. My situation was not an easy transaction process and we ran into some unusual problems along the way. The real estate industry continues to have inexperienced and unprofessional people involved in it and that is all the more reason to do business with Hank..!!! His knowledge,attention to detail and very quick response time to questions is what you want in a real estate agent. I have a very good experience of working with Hank. He is not only well experienced and professional but too dedicated and honest as well. He helped in purchase of a new house and rendered his services for the purchase of house plus helping me in getting my loan approval through his reliable sources. He worked too hard for my mortgage as I recently moved to States and don't have old credit history. I would personally strongly recommend him if someone is looking for the best house in town.

My husband and I are first-time home owners thanks to Hank. From the minute I contacted him until now, he has been fantastic. He took the time to get to know us personally and listened to what we wanted and what we didn't. He never pressured us and always took to heart what we said. His responsiveness and accessibility was above and beyond the call of duty. Hank made the process as easy and hassle free as buying a home could be. We are so thankful that we found him and that we had the opportunity to work with him. He always kept our best interests at the fore-front and gave all of the advice and knowledge he had. We have now worked with Hank 3 times in the past few years, and we have been more than pleased. I refer Hank to anyone needing helping buying or selling their home or land.
Hank helped us to sell a home in a "down market" for $25,000 over what we paid for it just 12 months earlier, and it was under contract within 48 hours of putting our sign in the yard. Then he helped us find a beautiful home in Athens and negotiate an incredible deal on it in a short period of time.
And most recently, Hank helped us sell some land we tried to sell with other agents in years' past without any success. He guided us expertly on the price to list it, gave us a very realistic timeline of when we should expect to sell it, and constantly guided us throughout the entire process.
I highly suggest Hank Bailey - you'll be so very glad in choosing to work with him!

I have worked with Hank as both a buyer and seller, and he's the best in the business. He communicated well and constantly kept me updated throughout this process. Hank was exceptional from the time we first called to closing on our first home. As first time home buysers, the process can be intemidating. Hank was extremely knowledgeable and was able to guide us through the entire process. We were able to use Hank's recomendations as well for the mortgage, closing, etc and were very pleased with the service provided from everyone during the process.
I would highly recommend Hank for any buyer or seller as I'm confident he'll provide the service you're looking for.

Hank was an excellent resource throughout the entire selling process. He was happy to offer his opinion while allowing me to make my own decisions during each step along the way. Not only was he knowledgeable of the market, but he consistently made me feel like he genuinely cared that I was getting the top value for my home possible in the reasonable time-frame. Hank is by far the most competent, responsive and customer service oriented realtor I have ever worked with. His understanding of the local area was invaluable. Even though we had a wide price range we never felt pressured to buy more than we felt comfortable with. Unlike other realtors we have used in the past, once we were under contract Hank still worked very hard to answer any questions and ensure a smooth closing. Due to Hank's top notch skills and knowledge of the market, we were able to get an amazing house in a beautiful neighborhood at an awesome price. Whether a buyer or seller, Hank should definitely be your choice in the Athens/Oconee/Greater Atlanta area!

This is my second time using Hank to buy or sell real estate. After selling my home, he served as my buyer's agent on a new townhome purchase. During construction if I had any concerns, from the crack in the slab floor to whatever it might be, he was always responsive and got my concerns in front of the builder and his agents to make sure matters were handled. I always knew that if I called, texted, or email Hank with anything that in his detailed way he would care about me and my needs. I will not hesitate to recommend Hank to family and friends in need of a realtor.

Hank helped me sell a house in Lawrenceville. I chose him because of his reviews online and he met all my expectations. We had an offer after 4 weeks of showing and closed in under 2 months or so. I was particularly impressed with the way Hank handled negotiations when the buyers came back with repair requests after home inspection.

Hank has been selling homes for a long time, and has seen it all. Having his experience and perspective proved valuable to us at every crucial point and with every question and concern we had. What I liked most about Hank after talking to him about selling our home (aside from his Type A personality) was that he understood the importance of the negotiation aspect of his job. It was important to us that the agent selling our home be strong in this area, as I had encountered other agents during the interview process who seemed to be focused too much on the lighter side of real estate (showing houses) and intimidated by the actual deal making. Hank helped us through a challenging appraisal issue, going above and beyond our expectations to get us to a point where we were satisfied with the outcome. Besides being a pro you can trust, Hank is a man of faith who loves his family. We couldn't have asked for a better situation and would recommend him to anyone needing an excellent agent.

Hank was phenomenal! He had our house sold with a week of listing. He had more showings in three days than the previous realtor had in four weeks.
