I recently sold my house with Hank’s help. I spent a lot of time researching agents. And after meeting with him, I was so impressed by his experience, knowledge, work ethic, and, most importantly, his consideration that I looked no further. I’ve worked with agents in the past and the one standout critique I usually have is a lack of communication. I can honestly say I’ve never had that problem with Hank. He regularly communicated status updates, took the initiative to respond to questions and feedback from visitors, advised me on listing strategies and the state of the market in my area, and ultimately took care of making the final sale and closing as smooth as possible. Hank was also accessible, and receptive to all of my questions and concerns. There wasn’t a single time that I tried to reach him (via phone, email, etc.) and didn’t get a prompt response. Recognizing that I had a lot of other things to attend to in my life, he was always willing to work around my schedule. Selling a house can be very stressful time, but Hank was always on top of things helping make it as streamlined an experience as possible. Another reviewer posted that working with him is liking working with a friend, and I wholeheartedly agree. I would highly recommend him and would be happy to work with him in the future. This is our 2nd time working with Hank and this makes 3 completed real estate transactions with him as our Realtor. He helped us with the purchase of our previous home in 2012. He is awesome to work with! We called Hank again this summer and he listed our home for sale in August 2016. It was under contract within a week with a full price offer. Hank then helped us with the purchase of our new home. Hank is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He gets back to you right away and can be counted on to have your back. Furthermore, he's just really a nice and intelligent guy. These are really important traits to look for in a realtor, and from what I've heard from others, they're hard to find! I don't plan on moving again for a very long time, but he's the one we will call when the time comes. I also don't hesitate in the least bit in recommending him to family and friends!

Hank did an amazing job helping us get in our new home. He showed us many homes throughout Oconee County, but we eventually settled on a new build. Hank was there helping us every step of the way. He always responded to emails within a couple hours max (usually within a few minutes), and never failed to immediately return a phone call if he didn't answer the first time. From the moment we toured the empty lot to closing day, he worked tirelessly to ensure everything went as smooth as possible. Hank was extremely knowledgable about everything Oconee County, and really helped my family and I transition to the area. I highly recommend Hank without any reservations at all. I have no doubt he will help you and your family find the perfect home.

From the first time Hank visited our home, we knew that he was the agent that we wanted to handle the sale of our home. From day 1 working with Hank was like working with a long time friend. Hank was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He helped us through every step of the process. He had a great photographer take photos of our home that showed it off to it's full potential and then he wrote an amazing explanation of our home to put on the MLS. He did such a great job that the very first person to see the home made us a full price offer. Even after that, Hank was always there guiding us thru the process. I cannot recommend Hank too highly. In short, he's the BEST!!!

This is my second time using Hank as my realtor. First time was to sell a house in 2013 and now to buy. Both times he was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to reach. I truly believe Hank listened to every need I had and put forth 100 percent until every one of them were meant. He was very honest through both the selling and the buying process. Shortly after my husband and I got married we decided to take the plunge and purchase our first home. I was terrified but after a few short weeks we were home owners! Years later we decided to purchase a second home and rent out the first. We were even more scared this time around and I'm sure my husband called Hank a million times a week, but Hank always answered or got back to us. Within one weekend our house was on the market and then under contract. Bye bye second home! I have nothing but great things to say about Hank and his outstanding service. My only complaint is that he probably won't be thrilled to travel to south Ga to help us make our third purchase. Truly, thanks for EVERYTHING Hank. If we ever make plans for another rental property we are comin for ya!

If we could give Hank 10 Stars, we would! Not only is he a pleasure to work with but he is one in a million when it comes to customer service. He went above and beyond in every aspect of selling our home.
He is extremely knowledgeable and reliable and made every effort to make this an easy process for us. Even when there were issues with our contractors in preparing the house to be sold, Hank stepped in even when he didn't have to and helped facilitate the process.
He goes to bat for you every step of the way to get you the price you deserve. We were always treated like VIPs. You will never feel like you're "just a number" to him, which is how we felt with other realtors we met with prior to meeting Hank. He is never too busy to take your call or too tied up with other properties that he can't answer your questions.
Hank is the type of person who sends a hand-written thank you note and will pick up the phone even when he's busy just to tell you that he will call you back as soon as possible instead of just letting it go to voicemail.
Few people know how to do business like Hank anymore and we could not recommend him highly enough. We definitely look forward to working with him again in the future.

Once again Hank Bailey exceeded all expectations. I was working with Hank this time to sell my investment property and purchase my new home. Both homes were located in very different markets but Hank has the knowledge and expertise to handle all markets. Hank was always available and patient to answer my many, many questions. Selecting Hank in selling my home was the best decision that I could have made regarding selecting a realitor. Hank was very personable, extremely professional, easy to communicate with and worked fast. I first hired Hank as my agent at the end of may of this year and my house was under contract by mid June of this year. Not only did he get my home under contract quickly, but he got it under contract for the price that I was asking. I am going to purchase another home next year and I already know that I am going to select Hank as my realitor. I would recommend Hank to any real estate buyers or sellers who are looking for an agent.

Hank did a great job throughout the whole process. We were moving from another state and Hank worked with us answering all our questions about the housing market in the area as well as working around our schedule to make sure we saw houses that fit what we were looking for. After we decided on a house Hank worked diligently from putting in a bid through closing to ensure we met all deadlines. I highly recommend Hank!

I asked Hank prior to acquiring his services that of foremost importance was communicating to me in a timely manner. Previous agents I had used were not responsive after getting their sign in the yard.
Hank assured me he would respond within 24 hours. He most definitely adhered to his promise. Easy to work with and set us up for success.
I strongly recommend Hank and will use him again.

We worked with Hank to buy our first home. When we decided to sell that home and purchase another one we again contacted Hank (since our first experience with him was wonderful!). He is reliable, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. He helped make the buying and selling process easy and as least stressful as possible. I have not had many experiences with Realtors, and the few I had experiences with, Hank is one of the best. Hank took a lot of time and effort to provide a plethora of homes to visit. Even though the drive to the areas were pretty far in distance, Hank made the time and gave a 100 effort in trying to find "the perfect" home that we wanted! We viewed quite a few, and when we thought our "perfect" home was out there, Hank gave another go and found some homes in a different price range-just to see if they may fit more along with the type of home we were hoping to find. Well, wouldn't you know it-after some time of looking and losing any hope of finding "our future dream home" ...Hank found us the perfect place! It is beautiful home and we could not be happier! Hank had to help in getting the "right" price for us to able to purchase the home and he was able to help us do that with little effort. Hank is reliable, helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable about both sides of the reality market. I could not have asked for a more efficient and responsive agent. If Hank didn't have an answer to a question, he was quick to get that answer. If I had an issue, Hank was quick to resolve that issue. Hank is prompt in meeting times and in paper work. Hank is proficient in every aspect of helping one find a perfect home for you and your family. There were times we needed Hank-on days he should be "off"-but he was always available to answer even the inane questions. Hank made you feel as if you were his only client...he makes you a priority. I would highly recommend Hank for buying or selling your home. I know I will be sending all my friends and family to him. I do not usually go

Hank was a recommendation from a friend and from our initial meeting to our many, many, many communications via email, text and phone he has been a fantastic agent. Super knowledgeable not only in Gwinnett where we sold a home but also in Clarke, Walton, Hall, Jefferson and especially in Oconee county where we were looking to buy. If we found a home we liked Hank knew the surrounding area and usually the neighborhood if not the home itself. His knowledge of builders was also very helpful in our buying decision making process. If I had a question Hank quickly provided concise, honest answers and ALWAYS did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. It honestly amazed us with the service that Hank provided that he had other clients since we truly felt like we were his only client.

Hank was a referral from a friend who had purchased a home in town previously--we were first-time home buyers and knew little about the process. Hank was excellent. Before we had even committed to using him, he had put our names into his system and we started getting interesting listings. He also walked us through the process of house buying at that first meeting and, though we were still nervous, made us feel much better about the search. We looked for several days at several houses in several counties (we wanted a house in the country with a little acreage) , before lucking into a FSBO on Zillow that my wife found. Even though it wasn't a listing that Hank found us, he put the deal together with the owners and was able to negotiate the contract very quickly and to both parties' satisfaction.
What truly impressed us about Hank, from our first meeting to closing, was his communication. His responses, even if he doesn't have the answer right away, are as immediate as they come and he will work hard to find answers. This applies to large issues and small--he even helped us with awkward negotiations with AT&T at the new house. This makes him great for all home buyers, and particularly so for us newbies who ask a lot of questions. Hank is professional and yet personable and even though I'm sure he has many clients, he makes you feel like he is working only for you. We could not be happier in our new home and Hank was a great help in our being here. We highly recommend him to all.

We utilized Hank to sell our home in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The process of selling/buying a home can be a very stressful time but with Hank this was minimized. We found him to be very knowledgeable in the real estate field and was excellent in keeping us informed throughout the sales process. He responded very timely to our questions whether it be through text, email or phone call. His marketing of our home and his negotiating skills were second to none! Mr. Bailey was recommended to us by a friend in Peachtree City. He listened to our needs and showed us exactly what we had in mind. He was very accommodating with regards to when we were able to come to Athens to view property and he was extremely prompt in replying to any questions or concerns that we emailed him about.
