Super happy with our grid 30 pergola, it’s added some much need shade to our deck and back yard. We also brought three modern Muskoka chairs with covers that are super comfy, look amazing and extremely easy to put together.
One of our right arm brackets was damaged on arrival, we were able to return it for warranty easily.
In total we’ve made three purchases & returned one warranty item this summer, each transaction has been super smooth!

We are loving the pergola, the quality is top notch. Although very shortly after assembly, the shade sail straps slide out of their buckles in a small wind and the straps beat themselves to death against the wood and frayed into a terrible mess. This only happened to a few of the straps but it was enough we couldn't secure it any longer. TOJAGRID, warrantied both the sails and we are trying to figure out how to keep the straps tight and from sliding through the clips. Even without much wind

The brackets look amazing and made the construction of our hot tub pergola a breeze! We went with rough cut cedar lumber and these brackets were the perfect compliment to the cedar and our overall back patio oasis!

Ordered custom made shade sails in smoke grey, for my new deck/pergola. They fit perfectly & were easy to install. This is a south facing deck & the sails add the shade needed to make the deck usable and the entrance cooler. Love them. Thank you Toja Grid for the great customer service.

Great system for building a structure/ pergola. Easy to assemble. Wish each package had some "instructions" or best practice - not enough screws or caps. But looks great and gets so many compliments!
