Brackets came just as described. I built a 12x15.5 pergola with 4x4 pressure treated posts. Building it was very easy except for the actual lifting part. They recommended 4 people and I will say the more the better. I will be ordering some more brackets to build another structure and a privacy wall to the current one.

My two teen boys and I managed to put our 4x4 triple pergola kit together in less than two hours. It was that easy! I'm still in awe of our pergola. If we can do it, you can too! I recommend it... highly!!

I had two Toja Grid 6x6 pergolas installed. One on the paver patio and one on my deck. The flexibility of the design let us customize it to our space. This gives it a custom feel. Very happy with the quality of product. I do wish that the kits would com with more fastening screws.

We love our TOJA Grid! The shipping was fast, the product is really high quality and the instructions were easy to follow. It does take some muscles to put together and you'll need at least two people but three would be even better. It's important to take a bracket when picking up your lumber to make sure it fits. Some of our posts were too big and we had to sand them down to fit. We live in Utah and so far everything has stood up really well to our high winds. We take the shade canopy off if it's windy but the way it's designed makes it really easy pop on and off.
