Purchased a custom-sized shade sail for our pergola. I was able to call and ask questions before purchase to make sure it was what I needed. Product arrived quicker than expected, quality appears good, no parts were missing or damaged. It's only been up for a couple of weeks at this point so I can't comment on durability season-after-season.
Note that if you're attaching to your own custom pergola rather than a TOJA GRID pergola, then you may need to fasten some additional blocks for mounting some of the brackets.

Easy to put together with a second person. We purchased the 8 by 10 with sun screen build time
was about an hour. The only shortcoming was they could provide about twice the amount of screws and caps.

We are very happy with our 12 X 12 Toja Grid. Everything was in excellent shape upon arrival. There are more screw holes than screws supplied but it's more than stable. We also purchased the 12 x 12 tarp but have not really weather tested it (we took it down for a late spring snow fall). We live by the lake and have strong winds but the tarp / canopy seems very strong.
I wanted something for the deck that could come down for the winter so as not to block my winter sunshine. This seems to be the perfect fit.

We 100% would recommend TOJA GRID - every aspect of the process was amazing! Upon ordering our Toja Grid System Kit it arrived SO FAST! The fastest shipping I have ever seen with free shipping! When we received the system everything was packaged nice and safe and all parts were clearly labeled. We were building ours on a rooftop deck so needed some additional pieces (4 square planters to anchor down posts) but once we started to build the entire pergola went up in about 45 minutes! Truly an awesome system and we are so happy with it - we get comments on the modern look all the time! Highly recommend all their products and also recommend following their instagram as they share a lot of what people build and is a great source of ideas and different layouts! Cheers to TOJA GRID!
