The product is really good, I wish they would have a brand line extension though, like a 90 & 45 degree angle option. Those would've come in handy at various stage in my project. Love the product though, super easy to work with and looks fantastic

My order arrived quickly (in California), and my landscaper offered to assemble it the following day. We calculated # of 4x4’s needed, and he brought them (and his adult son) next day. He laughed a bit when I showed him the 1-hour expected time to assemble, but they finished within just a few hours, even with a lunch break and my decision to shorten the vertical posts by 6”. Builders were very impressed with design & quality of product; son took photos to show his wife for their new house!
Several weeks later I’m still very happy with 8x18 gazebo (with shade covers)! It sits in front of garage doors & adds some shaded space over driveway/patio area.

I purchased the Toja Grid 12x10 pergola kit from Home Depot last night. Two main factors came into play: first, I inquired about the wind resistance directly with the manufacturer via email. They responded within 2 hours, which I thought was excellent. Frankly, the speed with which they answered and the transparency in the response impressed me and made me feel that this is the level of service I can come to expect from Toja Grid. Secondly, as for the actual wind-resistance, they didn't say it was hurricane-rated however the answer I received provided me with a good level of comfort (50mph).

Awesome customer service yet again. Took down my tarp for winter on Sunday. Broke a clip. Contacted Toja via email on Oct 26. Lucy got back to me same day to confirm a few details. 2 days later, received 6 replacement clips via UPS free of charge. THAT’S service! Thank you!

Everything arrived on time and parts were so easy to assemble. It's definitely like an adult Lego set for your yard. The black corner pieces a so solid and look like they're going to last a lifetime. Very pleased with my first building project and how professional it looks. Local restaurants are also building outdoor spaces like this and my yard now feels like going out, a little oasis.
