We purchased our pergola & sunshades during the early stages of Covid. Because of it being in this time period, shipping & some parts were delayed. Toja was very good about communicating what was happening & also sent us to extra candle holders for our troubles.
The kit itself & shades we're very easy to install & the whole process was very efficient. The only suggestion I would make is to include more fasteners. We get some very strong winds in New Mexico & felt we should use more fasteners than were sent. Otherwise we love our new outdoor space & try to sit under it for as many sunsets as we can.

Could not be happier with this product. Built a 10x10 pergola. Purchased a sail on Amazon that was garbage. Ended up going back to Toja to get there sail. Thing is 100% better. Only suggestion is to some up with a bend of the metal to make an octagon shape pergola.

I love my Toja Grid pergola. Works great. Easy to install and the sail adds a really nice touch. I wanted a solid roof but now after using the sail I am not sure. It's very solid and can be easily move if required. I would highly recommend it. You do need a little help setting up especially if you use the 6X6 posts. Well worth it.
