I've just registered my cat with this practice since moving to walthamstow. I'm always nervous changing practices from one I love but they seem reliable and very professional at what they do? We went for a vaccination which was done quickly and my cat made no fuss at all so that's a good sign. Sadly, I've just registered during covid so the service isn't as personal as what it probably usually is which is a shame and I couldn't get through on the phone at all. Had to email in which is fine but all in all a really positive experience
