Worse service. Gave me the wrong advise for my pet, resulting in me having to go to PDSA instead. They take no responsibility, I won't be using them again, beware of their costs, and not telling you prices before you get any treatment

I registered with the practice when I moved to Walthamstow. They couldn’t have been more lovely. My cat Betty was extremely stressed at her first visit to vet. They helped calm her down and take the visit slowly, managing to get her vaccinations done while she was jumping around. They have also given telephone advice during lockdown and continued to be as helpful as possible in the circumstances. Very happy to have them on hand when I need them

They are a nice sirgery but take way too long to answer the phone. It's ridiculous.

We sadly found a cat dead in the garden and brought it into this surgery. They took her in and scanned the microchip and were able to find the owners and kept in touch with us to let us know what happened. Thank you.
