I was late 15 minutes with my cat ,but still got a quick treatment once the vet had a free space and could squeeze me in.
I got all the benefits as per plan that i have got and complimentary food for my friend.

Update: as indicated also in my previous older review I have been using Goddards West Ham Branch for many years for my cats. I have only praise and high esteem for the vet now there,Judy-Ann, and her team. Judy’s great kindness and empathy as well as professional approach and knowledge are very reassuring and leave me knowing that my elderly cat is getting the best possible care. Judy always patiently takes time to check my cat thoroughly and explain and answer all my questions. I can highly recommend.
I have been taking my cats to Mark, the Vet at Goddard West Ham Branch, for many years. He is very knowledgeable, caring and always finds the time to discuss the pets health even though he is always busy being a very popular and esteemed vet. Such invaluable support from him and his Staff at this practice for all issues surrounding the pets health and well-being, including when unfortunately they are very poorly. I can highly recommend.

This secretary is the epitome of a terrible secretary. Condescending tone. Unwilling to help. Reminds me of a bad teacher. This clinic has 0 regard for pets with anxiety and will not hesitate to put you through the hell of going through a pointless trip all over again for something they could have done the day you went in. Needless to say I’m changing vets. I’m livid.

Great service from Dr Judy! She treated my cat really well and my cat really liked her, even though she usually hates strangers. Very good and very polite service.

Always on hand for the best advice and care for animals. Can be stressful when calling about a sick pet and they easily put my mind to ease. My cat was unwell and I had to go to emergency vet in Wanstead to be treated due to the severity of the symptoms. The lady who I spoke to called me to make sure we got sorted with the other branch as it was an emergency. This call was after they closed which I really took note of and didn't expect at all. I have been taking both my cats here for a few years and extremely happy.
