This branch are the loveliest, kindest humans I've ever come across regarding a veterinary practice. I recently lost my cat Gizmo and was distraught. They went above and beyond to make sure that Gizmo and myself were comforted. I can't thank them enough.

I've been taking my cats and my dog here for years. They provide fantastic care whilst always being super friendly and helpful, even over the phone with general advice for home treatment. I can't recommend them more.

If I could, I wouldn't have given it zero stars. They are not professional, I had made a request for my pet during the booking phase and although they were aware that they could not satisfy it, they made me go to the clinic and stole 40 pounds for a 5-minute visit, in which they did anything but not what I asked for. I wasted time, money and I will never go back to these incompetents.

Ridiculous, for 5 minutes I paid 40 pounds and she just checked the weight and if the rabbit was clean , my appointment was for checking if my rabbit has parasite, if they couldn’t do it they had to tell people instead of stealing money from them. And by the way the checking is 15 minutes not 5.
