First time I am using this veterinary service as I have always used Vets for Pets. Have to say im not impressed so far with their service. I booked an appt 2 months ago and called to checked to see if the appointment was still on. They told me they may have to change this appt as they dont have a Vet on site. It sounds like from the conversation this maybe a frequent thing and that they cannot honour booked appointments.

If u need good and professional care for your animal this is the place! Really friendly staff nice atmosphere, even my dog who do t really like vets was super relaxed !

Amazing staff working in the westham branch. Very caring and supportive. Explained the euthanasia procedure very thorough and cared for my little Rosie to the end.
Super gratefull for a gracefull end of her life, as she was in gentle hands.

Very good first time experience visiting the vet, the vet is very professional and gives away good advice and tips for taking care of the rabbits. She also check them throughly and carefully, got both of my rabbits vaccinated today. Will be coming back for their spayed/neutral surgery.

Mark was absolutley amazing, the best vet I have ever had. Since he leftthe practice is an over priced shambles. My dog died as a result of their continued misdiagnosis
