After getting the problem areas repaired, I have some additional comments. The technician did what looks to be a good repair. The areas where the repairs were made are ones that they had patched as part of the initial project. Those areas can be difficult to repair well.
I edited my initial review. After a year, there are a number of spots where the coating is bubbling and coming off.
I tried to submit a claim on their website, but it wouldn't accept it. I called their office and was told me to email it to them, which I did. After a week, there was no response so I called. I was given "Jake's" voice mail where I left a message, but never received a response. My next call was a few days later, but again, no response. It's now been 9 days.
They were here on time and had the garage done shortly past noon. The floor looks great. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that it's only been down for a few months and I want to see how it ages.

Everyone I worked with at this company has been wonderful. The only reason for 4 stars is because the work isn’t complete as they have to come back and fix some spots that weren’t covered well. There’s more spots that are rough and not sealed than I would prefer to have to have fixed but they’re standing by their word and I have an appointment to get them fixed.

I had called 3 different places to get my garage floor done and encore was the first and most reseasonable price. The sales guy was very nice personable and gave me his time to explain everything. On the flip side though the schedule was 2 to 3 months out and we were put on hold for that long with our brand new garage because we didn't want to load it full just to empty it out again.
Also the curbs around the edge on the inside of the garage the flake color could've been "thicker" or better coverage.
The install guy was very nice respectful polite. I was shocked though it was only one guy that showed up. Felt bad because it was pretty cold. Love the floor though.
P.S it did stink for a good long while afterwards. Strong.

We had a significant crack in our garage floor that went from one side to the other and many areas of pitting. The end product looks nice. The floor is a bit rougher than I was expecting (compared to epoxy) but it was explained that it's needed to prevent slipping from the results of the winter weather. Very professional company.

My schedule for my garage floor & the front porch was over 2 months & scheduled on August 29th & they showed up on time but the forecast with rain at noon & sure did before they finished my garage floor but the work was not good on my garage floor.
Roy came on Friday to get my front porch done & his workmanship was excellent that I asked him to see he can fix my garage floor but he can’t cause he didn’t have the equipment so Encore Concrete Coating rescheduled for Roy to come back to fix my garage floor & he told me what he can do & will do to fix it. My garage floor looks so much better now especially the boarders more even out.

Dwight did an amazing job on our garage floors. The before and after pictures really do it no justice. Having our floors done have really transformed our garage. Dwight is very friendly, polite, quick and a hard worker. I was in contact with Jason the whole time and he made the process so much easier. He answered any and ALL of my questions before, during and after the process. While they were not the cheapest, I did feel they were the best and even after Jason had left after coming out for the quote, I just had a feeling of comfort and trust from him, and I was right. I'd have them come out again for my next house, but instead I am just telling everyone of the great job they did. Thanks you guys!

Installers did a great job however was never told that a toxic smell which is still present will last up to 6 weeks or longer. It has been 3 weeks and still nauseating and am concerned about long term health issues.

Its been a month they have installed experience is good so far. Need more time to see if the value is good.
During the install they have cut the garage door sensor wire. And when called their customer care person he was rude and said will call back and never did.
I am worried how would life time work if they behaved that way.

The floor is pretty nice but the smell stil hasn't gone away more than three months later. More to the point, there are permanent stains from the tires on our vehicles. We were told that these stains would wash away. In fact, they did not. There's another stain that I can't get rid of completely. So, I found it disappointing.

I plan to call you. When they grinder my floor they grinded my floor and the epoxy and sealer is not level in at least two spot. These spots hold a puddle
