I had an appointment setup with them to give me a bid on my garage floor, the person coming to do it never showed up. I waited 1/2 hour past the time, no contact very unprofessional in my book.

The gentleman who came out was very good. Didn't push at all. He even asked when we might be making our decision so that we wouldn't be bothered by them. Then the next day I started receiving pressuring text messages from his manager. I explained in my first response that I do not respond well to high pressure sales tactics. He continued to send me texts trying to get me to commit to using them. Telling me that he could offer discounts if I signed a contract by the end of the week. After a few more texts from him, I told him he singlehandedly lost the job for his company. It is my opinion that high pressure sales tactics like these are despicable, and I refuse to work with companies who use them. It has been my experience that companies who use them are just looking out for themselves and don't really care about the customer. Please note I only left this review because they sent me another text asking me to leave a review.

I had them come out and put a coating on my garage floor in July. The product seems to be good but because there was rain that day they couldn’t finish the very end of the garage floor and had to come back. When the person came back he texted me to tell me they were on their way. They said they rang the doorbell (ring) but we didn’t hear anything. My Ring app didn’t notify me, my 2 dogs also didn’t bark. They had my phone number but never called and left about 15 minutes later. Since then I connected them several times by email and left messages with multiple people going on about a month trying to get them to come back and finish the job. I can’t believe they are still in business with this level of customer service. I would stay away from doing business with this company.
