I'm happy to share my experience with the law firm. Katherine and the team helped me with my ICT work permit this year, her expertise and patience made the process fairly smooth. She was willing to discuss and give advice for any concerns I had, be it company related or personal. All cost were stated clearly in the agreement, no surprises. Indeed, words cannot adequately express how grateful my family is to Matkowsky law firm, and to our case officer, Katherine Filewych in particular. We received excellent legal advice and representation from the law firm, led by Katherine. Although the process took longer than we initially envisaged, Katherine wanted to make sure no stone was left unturned in their pursuit of the best legal representation for our case. She was empathic and reassuring when we got worried, but at the same time continued requesting any additional documents that she thought were required. Matkowsky helped getting my brother’s visitor visa. He is special needs- Down syndrome, dependent on my mom and IRCC refused his visa thrice before I went to Matkowsky. I had consultations with few other firms in Toronto but nobody sounded as promising as John Matkowsky. He assured me on day 1 that it may take longer but it’ll be a positive outcome and it sure was.
Their team has the experience and expertise required to handle tough cases.

I was rejected once because of my bad lawyer and no exprience and knowledge etc.. before. To be straight forward and honest i never saw my senior lawyer Natalie matkowsky or any of matkowsky firm employee in person. Natalie matkowsky the best senior lawyer in whole toronto not because my file got approved its because they are honest trustworthy and respectful and doing the best job all the time with evidence and checking the documents CAREFULLY. Many times i have pleased her to submit TRV visa for me and my son but she said no dont waste ur money and wait u will get response soon and the rate of rejection is high because ur PR is in process. She was right . If it was another firm they would say yes do it why not you will not lose anything and wouldnt affect ur application. THEY WORK FOR UR SUCCESSFUL NOT FOR YOUR MONEY . Kriti Gupta is a very hands-on type of immigration lawyer and, I speak strictly from my standpoint because of the enormous work she did for me viz sponsorship of my daughter.
I have been communicating back and forth with her in regards to that sponsorship since 2021. She pays attention to the minutest detail in a very calm, cool and methodical manner. Her patience in responding to questions is unrivalled.
I simply admire her simplicity in the way she explained to me things that I find confusing even if it took us going back and forth several times. She was very understanding with me and took time to explain the process even if I have to ask for one thing many times over. She has absolutely no problem with that. I really appreciate her in no small measure for that rare quality.
Also, Kriti was VERY instrumental all through the process of my daughters TRV as well as her residency applications. I cannot thank her enough.

I for a long time been trying very hard to fix an error that immigration Canada made on my date of birth upon coming to Canada. I tried through my MP and my application to ammend my date of birth was rejected. I tried one of the immigration law firms in Toronto and for the second time, my application was rejected again. I gave up hope from that point but then the provisional government ammended my driver's license and my health card but because immigration refused to to change ir on my citizenship certificate, I now have two different date of births. I was looking online reviews to find a better immigration firm to help me. I came across Matkowsky Immigration Law. They assured me that they can help me. They sent me the necessary papers for me to to fill. In few months, I recieved a new citizenship certificate from immigration Canada with my date of birth ammended. My advise to you is if you having any immigration issues no matter how big or small it is, contact Matkowsky Immigration Law. They are very professionals and quick. In my case, it was handled by Yasmin Rahim, but they all work as one team. i have applied for spousal sponsorship plus H&C for my spouse and dependent . My case was very hard and i had 1 rejection for my spousal sponsorship before however my senior lawyer Natalie domazet i want to thank her for all her effort and work . A request for a Canadian permanent residency through spousal sponsorship could be very complicated especially if your first request is denied.
I was introduced to Matkowsky Immigration Law through another attorney and Sam Zimmerman one of the firm's attorneys got my permanent residency without any complications. His professionalism extended to educating me on the process throughout the request with such perfect ease and fluidity in explaning the information requested and rendered, that I felt very comfortable throughout the application procrssing timeline. I consulted with several lawyers with conflicting advice prior to settling with Natalie. She is the only one who understood the complex situation with regards to my parents permanent residence and offered solutions at the first meeting.
