I dont normally give reviews but I really want to express how grateful and happy I am with Natalie Domazet's professionalism, caring, support, extensive knowledge and superior litigation skills after getting my IAD appeal allowed but even more remarkable is that historically the IAD had no jurisdiction to hear an appeal on misrepresentation before sponsorship until 2022 when the Federal Court of Canada wisely interpreted the IRPA and created jurisprudence going forward. Natalie's diligence, experience and commitment articulated the Federal Court's decision and demonstrated for the very first time to the IAD that these sponsorships based on H&C grounds had total jurisdiction for appeals under the IAD. I am not a lawyer but I believe Natalie set IAD case law for future complex sponsorships. Not for nothing Natalie told me that she would give 100% after taking my appeal. She gave 200%.
I would also like to thank Sonia for her previous submissions and presented evidence to the post office, it helped guiding the IAD member's decision.
I will always recommend Matkowsky law even for straight forward applications; when it comes to deal with the IRCC it is always best to have the peace of mind that legal and dedicated professionals are behind you and Matkowsky is worth it!

Matkowsky Firm is simply where everyone should consult with. Five star is not enough for their level of professionalism. Natalie saved my wife application after we received a PFL. I was in a precarious situation as I was not even sure what a PFL was. In the midst of turmoil, I googled and noticed that a PFL was serious and that my application was about to be refused if I don’t respond to certain questions. My google search landed on this firm. The first review I read was about Natalie and how she handled from some PFL so well. I immediately booked a session with her and she guided me in the process. She was with me in every step of the way: responding to my emails and text promptly. Her level of commitment and professionalism was unspeakable. Wow, I don't know what words to say to express my experience working with Matkowsky Immigration Law. I wish I could give you guys more stars because you are the best Immigration law firm.
I will not forget the feeling I had after consulting with Sam Zimmerman on July 27, 2022. At the time, I was so confused and living in fear because I thought my life was over. But Sam spoke to me so calmly and God used him to show me there was light at the end of the my dark tunnel.
My case was complex because I had been refused PR in May 28, 2021 on the grounds that my Canadian work experience was classified as being self employed. By July 25, 2022 my BOWP had expired on February 3, 2022. My attempt to remain in status by applying for an open work permit and later study permit were all refused.
When I spoke with Sam Zimmerman, IRCC had just refused my study permit and asked me to leave the country. I was so devastated. But Sam calmly explained my options to me. He even taught me how to interpret and check up sections in the IRPA/R to understand certain things with immigration.
To cut the long story, he worked with me and handed my visitors restoration record to Matthew Aki, and my status was restored in a month and few days.
Then came the PR part, Sam just asked me to bring back my Canadian work experience in my Express Entry profile and he took over the case and prepared such a great case.
My PR application was submitted on October 13, 2022 and I was approved on January 19, , 2023.
It wasn't an easy journey but I am grateful for the outstanding work put in by Matthew Aki in the visitor's restoration application and by Sam Zimmerman in the PR application.
All I know is that Matkowsky law firm is the best. I even referred them to my friend and they helped secure a 1 year visitor's visa extension for her mun as she is a nurse practioner who needs childcare with her kids. I have also referred 2 other persons to them and will continue to do so.
Thank you so much Matthew Aki, thank you soooooo muuuuuuccccch Sam Zimmerman. , you're a real professional who knows how to handle your clients. You know how to calm their nerves let them know what options are available for them, then suggest the best one. I don't even know how to explain who you're as a person. I contacted John Matkowsky for my cousin's Temporary Work Permit in May 2022. He received his visas in December 2022. My experience with Matkowsky was amazing.
