I have literally no words to express my sincere gratitude and tons of thank to an amazing team at Matkowsky law firm. My Permanent Resident (PR) application was at a great risk of getting rejected because I was deemed inadmissible due to an error committed. I reached out to Natalie first and she introduced me to Katherine Filewych, who was my primary lawyer. Katherine is amazing, exceptionally professional, super organized and very quick at responding to emails. She assisted me to prepare a long response letter to IRCC citing why I should get another chance to reside in Canada with my husband. The way she carried out her tasks and worked on everything extremely meticulously provided me with a great sense of hope that IRCC's decision would be overturned. And yes yayya! the decision was overturned and currently I am a PR. This journey would never have been possible had I not been in touch with the most able hands and team at Matowsky firm. 3 months to get notes after JR started, settlement received a few days after application of records filed. It took approx 1mo to get the case reopened, and 3 days to get it approved after SP updates submitted.

Choosing to proceed with a lawyer and approaching Matkowsky Law Firm was one of the best decisions I made.
I applied for a study permit to do Masters in Canada. One day I got my Original Passport Request from IRCC. I was so happy, but after 30 minutes, I also got a rejection letter with a generic reason. This was devastating as my status also changed to refused. I was completely shattered. This situation was entirely confusing. When I was wondering what to do next, I came across Matkowsky Law firm on google. I read their reviews and I had an initial consultation with Ms. Gina. She gave me good input on what to do next. I proceeded with my case with the help of Ms. Katherine Filewych with a Judicial Review. She took care of the entire process, clarified all my doubts and worries, and always replied to all the emails I sent during the entire process. I could move on with other things in life when she was taking care of this issue.
In a month, I got a letter from IRCC stating that one of their agents had made a mistake in declaring my result and it will be re-evaluated by another agent. The next day I got my Original Passport Request, and my visa also got stamped. I still cannot believe that we got the resolution for my study permit this early.
I will forever be thankful to Katherine and Gina for their effort in getting me my visa. Thanks to their entire team and the entire firm for recommending the most effective method to proceed with my case and helping to resolve it this soon.
