Matkowsky Immigration Law helped me with LMIA, Work Permit and obtaining PR.
They are extremely professional. The best part of it is - Despite I availed their services from India, all my queries were answered within 24 hrs over the email. Gina - (the law firm's senior lawyer and who was handling my case with Sonia )- You Rock. There would have been atleast 300-400 emails shared between us for LMIA , WP and PR. Everything was so so much discussed and detailed over the email. I would have asked some silly questions too. But, Gina and Sonia have been extremely patient with me answering all my questions with ease. I am extremely satisfied by their professionalism.
Now, coming to the important part - I had hired some different consultants in India and they were best there. Despite that, they were not able to put up my case because my PR file had many challenges and would have been easily rejected.
Later on, A friend recommended me to consult Matkowsky Immigration. I am glad I took the decision to speak with Sonia Matkowsky. I had many challenges in my PR file but Sonia built a very very strong case , leaving no pages unturned and ensured that my PR file gets approved. I contacted Matkowsky Immigration Law after my study permit application was refused twice. I was already at the end of my first Term of online studies when my study permit application was refused for the second time. I completely lost my hope of being allowed to continue my studies in Canada. Since I hired Immigration lawyers for both of my refused applications, I couldn't trust any Immigration lawyer anymore.
Despite being paranoid about immigration lawyers, I decided to try applying for a study permit for the third time. This time, I decided to work with a Canadian immigration lawyer.
I called at least 15 immigration lawyers and none of them could convince me that they can do anything more than what I could do myself for my application. I was 100% sure that there is nothing else that I can do; BUT I WAS WRONG!

Natalie Domazet is a great immigration lawyer for any litigation matters. I was given a Deportation order in 2018 because I was found inadmissible to Canada on grounds of serious criminality. I thought all hope was lost, until I was introduced to Natalie. She assured me that, she would do her due diligence to get me my desired results. Natalie got straight to work on my case. I had my PR recently in June 2021, received AOR in October, 2020 so thank you so much to Sam and Sonia. I chose Matkowsky Immigration among those consultants and lawyers I contacted as the team was the fastest to reply with straightforward answers. Some places took very long time just to reply back. Sam and Sonia were responsible for my case but I mainly worked with Sam who was very responsive, reliable and always followed up with new update in a timely manner and timing is everything in PR application, at least for my case. I am in Toronto and mainly talked to Sam through emails, I had only 2 phone calls for the whole process so literally anyone can use their service, doesn't matter where you locate. I know their service is pricey at the 1st glance, (they have their fee listed on their website too) however, PR status is a lifetime and my mental health and yours too, are worth much more than the cost itself.

My sister's study visa application had been denied twice already before I was referred to Matkowsky Immigration Law. It is imperative to understand that the Canadian Visa Application process is very rigorous and emotionally draining. Having a group of professionals like Matkowsky Immigration Law (Specifically Gina You) by your side is the best thing that can ever happen to any applicant.
I spoke with Jason Matkowsky in the Fall of 2019 for over an hour. He made me understand key important details about the Canadian Visa Application process. After that conversation, we regained our confidence in the process and we decided to give my sister's study visa application another try. I worked with Gina You and Sonia Matkowsky who were extremely professional, accessible and pleasant to work with. Gina more specifically was in charge of our case and she helped put things into perspective while ensuring we made the best case by packaging our application in a way that would give us a positive outcome. I had initially applied for my study permit from the UAE for the first time by myself without taking any help but unfortunately, I got rejected.
Those were the reasons given to me for my refusal.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay,
1. Based on your immigration status.
2. Based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
3. Based on the purpose of your visit.
4. Based on your current employment situation.
So, I decided to reapply using professional help, I did some research to find the best immigration lawyers for Canada, after receiving recommendations and thorough research I decided to reapply with Matkowsky Immigration Law. My immigration lawyer Greg was very helpful, and he guided me through the whole process of providing the right documents to strengthen my case. Through the lawyer was available to answer my questions and after applying I received updates for my application regularly. After a long wait due to the increased application processing time caused by COVID, I was very happy to finally receive my study permit.
