My sister's study visa application had been denied twice already before I was referred to Matkowsky Immigration Law. It is imperative to understand that the Canadian Visa Application process is very rigorous and emotionally draining. Having a group of professionals like Matkowsky Immigration Law (Specifically Gina You) by your side is the best thing that can ever happen to any applicant.
I spoke with Jason Matkowsky in the Fall of 2019 for over an hour. He made me understand key important details about the Canadian Visa Application process. After that conversation, we regained our confidence in the process and we decided to give my sister's study visa application another try. I worked with Gina You and Sonia Matkowsky who were extremely professional, accessible and pleasant to work with. Gina more specifically was in charge of our case and she helped put things into perspective while ensuring we made the best case by packaging our application in a way that would give us a positive outcome. She was involved in the process from start to finish, answering all questions and concerns and setting the right expectation.

I had initially applied for my study permit from the UAE for the first time by myself without taking any help but unfortunately, I got rejected.
Those were the reasons given to me for my refusal.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay,
1. Based on your immigration status.
2. Based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
3. Based on the purpose of your visit.
4. Based on your current employment situation.
So, I decided to reapply using professional help, I did some research to find the best immigration lawyers for Canada, after receiving recommendations and thorough research I decided to reapply with Matkowsky Immigration Law. My immigration lawyer Greg was very helpful, and he guided me through the whole process of providing the right documents to strengthen my case. Through the lawyer was available to answer my questions and after applying I received updates for my application regularly. After a long wait due to the increased application processing time caused by COVID, I was very happy to finally receive my study permit.
Greg and Natalie made the application process simple, and they were able to strengthen my case.

One of the best decisions i have made a while would be when I contacted Matkowsky Immigration Law to help me when I received a PFL from IRCC after submitting my study visa application. To be honest, i was very devastated on what to do immediately I received DoNotReply message and i contacted a close friend personally and he assured me that if i took my case to Matkowsky, the rest would be history. He quickly referred me, without any haste, to Sonia and my case was assigned to Gina who went through my application with me thoroughly to decipher the reason to my PFL and the best way to approach it. Gina prepared an outstanding letter and gave me to go through it to amend corrections.
After submission, it took less than two months to get a positive reply from IRCC and behold, the love letters arrived in my GCKey. Good Law firm for Immigration application. They have a good understanding of the Immigration law and their experience helped me to accurately complete my application CEC PR application. Furthermore, they can help you to identify red flags to make sure you don't accidently misrepresent your case (this aspect is crucial). Natalie Domazet saved my life LITERALLY. I was at a high risk of being deported and she took on my case. After she took my case and did everything, I was allowed to stay in Canada. I don’t now how to thank this firm. Words are not enough.
I got my study permit after 3 refusals !!! Yes they are very expensive, but at least you can be 90% sure that you will get good news. After my case, I trusted them, and hired them for my spouse application too. He also has 4 refusal :) he applied with another Canadian firm and nothing. but after judicial review through Matkowsky’s, we got a settlement offer in only 17 days !
I have already recommend this firm to my friends, and will do this to who ever seeking a visa.

I had the best experience with Matkowsky Immigration Law who helped with my PR. The team was very professional and RESPONSIBLE!!! We got professional, timely responses to all our queries and they were available for us to research all our options when pursuing all our options, especially during COVID.
