John and his team were very responsible, answered all our questions patiently, handled our complex circumstances expertly and reminded us of special dates. My experience with Matkowsky Immigration Law has been AMAZING! From the first phone call I had with them, I was able to explain my situation ( I don't have the 'traditional / typical' life or job ) and was given the relevant advice on how best to move forward with the firm.
At the beginning I felt completely lost because I never did something like this (as I am sure is the case for most people) and my fast pace life made me feel a little insecure about my application, but with the help and guidance of the Matkowsky team, specifically one of their immigration consultants, Maria, I was able to get everything together and get the ball rolling. She really took her time to help myself and my husband get everything together. Every single question and concern I had was not only answered kindly, but detailed on how I should go about retrieving and supplying all the necessary information for my file.
Upon submission of our application, my permanent residence got approved in under 3 months!
Thank you all so so sooo much for not only helping and guiding me through this process, but also for having the patience to get me sorted out in Canada!

I not knowingly declared something wrong in my PGWP, then after I realised it, I corrected it in my PNP and PR application. Now at the time of BWP, I was really worried that my previous application should not be considered as misrepresentation.

I found Matkowsky law firm to be superbly professional. I approached them because I was having a specific issue about getting my son brought over to Canada as a PR. I had a 30day notice that he was going to be rejected if I didn't come up with a reason why he should be approved.
Right from the start Sonia was reassuring and whilst no guarantees quickly mapped out the approach she proposed to take to lodge the appeal. Ben managed the process the whole way through and was excellent in his support and help, answering emails to queries outside working hours and guiding me through the whole process.
The end 12 page statement and encyclopedia of evidence that was put together was extremely professional and... The outcome was that my son received his approval earlier this week for PR. Even had the process not worked out in favor, Sonia already had contingency plans on how to manage that, again excellent risk mitigation and client management skills. I will not hesitate in recommending Matkowsky law firm to anyone needing an immigration lawyer.
