We were in a very tricky situation with our PR cards expired (being outside the country) and my younger son needing a TRV to enter the country. I then approached Matkowsky and they did a commendable job by getting my son a 2 years TRV ( Multiple Entry) and must say, they eased my life with their professional approach to the situation. Also, I can confirm that they do what they say they can, and I’m so happy that I used their services and will recommend them for all immigration/Visa issues and especially the tricky matters.

We recently employed Matkowsky Immigration Law to handle an immigration situation for our family and it was a overwhelmingly positive experience for us.
In our situation, my mother-in-law had obtained her Canadian permanent residency in 2014, but due to some personal reasons spent considerable amount of time out of Canada in her home country. Thus in 2019, when it came time to renew her permanent residency, she had not fulfilled the minimum requirements to have stayed in Canada (730 days) and her application for renewing her permanent residency was denied. I was searching for advice on the internet on the various possible options when I came across a posting made on the Matkowsky Immigration Law web-site (https://www.matkowsky.ca/single-post/2018/06/10/What-to-do-if-my-PR-Card-expired) that dealt with this exact situation. In this posting, Matkowsky Immigration Law offered detailed advice on how to handle this situation and the various options available.
The fact Matkowsky Immigration Law posted this detailed information on the internet, available to the general public, completely free of charge impressed me a lot. In fact if I have had the fortune to come across this posting before applying for my mother-in-law's PR renewal, I would have done things completely differently and we would likely have had a completely different outcome.
Anyway my wife shortly after called the firm and spoke to John Matkowsky who spent over 20 minutes on the phone with my wife taking the time to understand out situation and explaining options. This time spent with my wife was completely free of charge. He then said if we wanted further assistance, to make an appointment to speak in detail with Sonia Matkowsky.
We shortly afterwards made an appointment to meet with Sonia in person at the Matkowsky Immigration Law offices. Sonia took the time to patiently listen to our situation and gave us very detailed advice on the possible options. They were 2 options opened to us: appeal the immigration decision OR just accept the immigration decision and instead apply for the 10 year super-visa for parents. Although the former option would have been more lucrative for her firm, Sonia clearly indicated to us that our chances for success was relatively low. Based on the honest feedback from Sonia, we decided to apply for the 10 year super-visa.
The process followed by Matkowsky Immigration Law for applying for the super visa was simply outstanding. They were extraordinarily detailed and thorough. They accumulated a very large number of documents from us, went through every single document in great detail, advised us of when further information was required. Basically they left no stone un-turned to ensure the application for the super visa was completely and supported with an extraordinary amount of supporting documents and facts. They used Google Docs to allow us to upload all the documents, make adjustments etc. They then submitted the application electronically to Immigration Canada and within 3 weeks, they notified us that my mother-in-law's application for the super-visa was approved.
I have absolutely no doubt that one of the main reasons my mother-in-law's application was approved was because of the extraordinary detailed application submitted on behalf of us by Matkowsky Immigration Law. They did a completely outstanding job for us and both me and my wife are extremely grateful to Sonia and her team for their service.
In summary, if you have any immigration matters, I extremely highly recommend Matkowsky Immigration Law to handle your situation. You will be absolutely pleased with service they will provide to you.

We applied for our mother’s permanent resident and after years of waiting we got response from immigration that she may not meet criteria because of her MEDICAL INADMISSIBILITY. Had a fantastic experience with this firm for my PR. From the first phone call to the final meeting to pick up my documents, they were very professional yet personable. Their file submission system is streamlined and they offer very clear instructions throughout the process. I was very stressed as I had unsuccessfully applied for PR before and my work permit was nearing its expiration. I was also having some technical issues with my CIC account, and getting tech support answers through CIC channels can be an ordeal, especially when time is of the essence. Matkowsky Immigration Law Firm is the best for any kind of Canadian visa / immigration related support. They are very professional and best guide. I applied along with my son and daughter for TRV in September 2019 but got refused. Our travel history was not that strong. And we planned to visit Canada with my husband who have got approved his TRV in September 2018 through the “Matkowsky Immigration Law” and already visited toronto once. Me and my children were very hurt when informed the TRV was refused. However, firstly Mr. Benjamin & then finally Ms. Sonia discussed over the phone from Canada about the process of Judicial Review (JR) and advised my husband to go for JR. My husband had very strong faith on Sonia’s words and agrees to started the JR process immediately after the refusal. It took about three months and Benjamin was keeping us updated regularly on all matters. Finally, with a skilled and experienced steps of Sonia, all of us got the settlement order at the middle stage of the JR process from department of justice for reevaluate the TRV applications and it was “APPROVED” without no hindrance in December 2019. We are very grateful to “MATKOWSKY IMMIGRATION LAW” for their all efforts. I thank Mr. Benjamin a lot for his sincerity and seriousness always. I am grateful to Sonia for her positive words spoken to my husband regarding the JR. I would highly recommend this firm for any Canadian Immigration related service.
