So I had a bit tricky situation, where most of the lawyers refused to take my case, except Matkowsky. First meeting I had was with John Matkowsky, to assess my situation, as I was applying for Express Entry type to get Permanent Resident, and he clearly explained what are the risks of starting the process, how it will go, what will be means of communication, what documents i will need to submit etc. After payment processes, I was contacted by Yelda-she was handling all my documents. She was very responsive, clear with instructions, and I guess sometimes even tired of my questions. everything was handled very professionally, and I finally got my PR card! It is a bit tiring and long process with all the documents, but Matkowsky and their team are always there to answer your questions (even nonsense ones), and handle your case with all the details! Thanks John, Sonia and Yelda for your enormous work that you did with my application!:)

This group have done their work in a thorough professional manner. We did everything as per their guidance, and we got our ITA as soon as we applied. After that we did all the documentation under their guidance and got our PRs for the Canada. Communication was fast, and all my emails were answered the same day. Best thing is the transparency throughout the process. Day1 they told us about the cost, and till the last day there was no change in it. Which is really good as i have heard other lawyers charging some extra fees from the clients on the name of miscellaneous expenses. Thank you guys!

I would like to thank John Matkowsky Immigration Law, for my Permanent residence status in Canada, I was living in the Caribbean at the time with my husband who is Canadian . I had no idea how to go about coming to Canada, so I decided to google it and Matkowsky Immigration Law was in the list of lawyers I saw on the page. The web site it caught my attention, so I started to interact with the chat on the web site, the questions I was asking would take a lawyer to explain, so I was told to call, when I called John Matkowsky the founder of Matkowsky Immigration Law, answered my call, I was surprised He was so easy to talk to I felt relax chatting, he then told me, I can apply from in Canada I book my flight to Canada still very worried, If it was that easy to do, but I did it anyway I got into Canada, then we applied for my permanent residence status in Canada . I did not have to deal with CIC, Matkowsky Immigration Law, They did all the work for me, I got my permanent residency status in just about eight months. After I entered Canada. So if you have any immigration issues I would highly recommend Matkowsky Immigration Law, so please get in touch with them, do not hesitate they are very professional. My case was well put together. Matkowsky Immigration Law was recommended to us through a close friend. My husband currently holds a student visa in Canada while my son and I are in the Philippines. Of course, in order to bring him back to Canada with us we needed to obtain documents for him so he could return with us and obtain Canadian citizenship. With their guidance, we have been successful.
The process is difficult if you try it alone. There are many complicated forms that need to be filled out in an exacting way. I do not think we would have been successful on our own. John and Sonia Matkowsky, as well as their staff made this very easy for us. The ensured that things were done correctly. They created an internet connection so that they could send me the forms on line and I return them when doe immediately. This greatly speeded up this process,
There was never I time I could not call there., Either them or their staff would answer any questions and offer advice. Emails were answered promptly and I learned to trust them completely.
