We got help of Matkowsky immigration for my parents permanent residence application after we got procedural fairness letter due to health conditions of my dad. I found Matkowsky immigration on google and they are the only one I found that give free consultation. I right away spoke with Sonia over the phone and she answered all my questions patiently and gave me advise as to what should be done. I would also like to mention here that I actually called one other lawyer before calling Matkowsky immigration and paid 300 dollars just to speak over the phone and get consultation, but after we spoke with Sonia, I felt satisfied and more confident with all answers I got.
Our case was medical inadmissibility issue because of excessive demand due to kidney issues of my dad.
Puneet worked very hard and answered all my questions patiently and I actually bothered her a lot during whole process and she never got irritated with me or my questions. Puneet is very knowledgeable and did very good job.

My name is Efe and I live in Grande Prairie Alberta. I want to say a big thanks to Matkowsky immigration team for their assistance in helping my spouse and kids to secure a work permit and visa to be able to join me in Canada.
I have previously applied twice for them but my application is denied and when I consult Matkowsky they help me organize my documents and put in a strong application combine with a strong letter to support my case.
The date my application is sent is around March 23rd, 2018 and my family application is approved on Feb 20th, 2019 when all hope is lost.

TLDR; Super visa application got processed in 21 days
The super visa application for my mom was rejected due to some mistakes I committed in my application. The communication from CIC was inadequate and I was left in a very precarious position as our baby was due and I really needed my mom for help. Out of sheer desperation I decided to look for an immigration lawyer and I turned to Matkowsky immigration lawyers. It turned out to be a very good decision in retrospective as they prepared my case in an extremely professional manner and CIC accepted and processed the application under 21 days flat

My brother suffers from Down’s Syndrome and CIC was concerned that his health condition might reasonably be expected to cause an excessive demand on social services in Canada.
I searched online and found that Matkowsky specializes in Medical Inadmissibility case. Luckily I found the right guys. These guys worked very hard and are very productive. They gave me a very clear list of required or recommended documentations/affidavits, which made my life much easier. The final summary documentation was so comprehensive and impressive. They submitted the final package just before Christmas. After less than three weeks, I received the great news from CIC. Amazing experience!!! I highly recommend Matkowsky.
