I just want to say that the Betr program is a great program where you are actively involved with the healing process. Some of the other programs that I have tried were simply nothing that I could sustain for the rest of my life. I would highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to take charge of their life from a healthy point of view of what we are putting in our bodies.
