Everyone needs to check out Nushape!! Their products are amazing for so many different ailments or concerns! The LED therapies are life changing and worth every penny. Also, when I contact Nushape via email they are so attentive and I never had to wait for a response as they have ALWAYS returned my email the same day!

I love this belt.. works Great clients see results. The belt did shorten out on one side . I sent a email out fast quick customer service answered right back and is sending out new belt. I’m talking within mins the response from this company. My belt was under warranty.. I would definitely recommend this belt .

I highly recommend this product over the cheap ones sold other places that do not work. I also had something go wrong with the belt and they replaced it right away. They are very responsive to questions and their overall customer service is superb.

I bought the neurowrap pulse and I must say that I am quite impressed by the effects of the headband. This headband combines infrared and pulsed magnetic wave technology (PEMF). I tried a 40 hz frequency and the 10 hz frequency. It gives the impression of a deep meditation with a kind of soft heat in the brain which corresponds to a state of regeneration. This is a state that I know well when I have a deep and regular practice of meditation, which is not always the case due to lack of time. I am long term meditator : 14 years of practice.

I have been very happy with my wrap. It’s relaxing and effective. I had a little hiccup with the wrap so I was disappointed because consistency is very important. The customer service department offered to help and prove they stand behind their products.

I LOVE my Nushape wraps. After using them for only a few weeks I have experienced incredible results. I have had shoulder pain for over a year which limited my upper body workout because lifting my arm above my head caused shoulder pain and limited range of motion. I can now freely lift my arm over my head without pain. I’m so happy I can workout again without pain. My quality of sleep has improved with use of the Neurowrap. I now dream every night and have greater clarity and focus. I highly recommend Nushape LED light wraps. I have also had excellent experience with customer service. They respond quickly and answer any question I’ve had.

Their customer service is willing to help and answer efficiently and effectively which I also appreciated. I got my Nushape this past June. I’ve used it regularly and it is an amazing thing. It only takes about an hour a day and I have clearly gone down in size and inches. It’s super easy to use and doesn’t take much time at all. I also got the little power bank and I can walk around with it as well which is super helpful. I’m so happy with this piece and customer service is amazing. Get your Nushape and now! You won’t be disappointed!

I was reluctant to make the investment at first but have been using my Nushape Lipo wrap for about 7 months now. I am obsessed. I have learned a lot about the benefits of infarred and use this wrap at least 3 times a week. I have seen inches disappear from my waist and I know that it is helping my 60 year old skin in a million other ways. The biggest thing I want to mention is the integrity of this company. After using my wrap for several months I had a hiccup with the controller. As soon as I reached out to the customer service - they replied and sent out replacement. They have been so understanding and helpful that I highly recommend this purchase if you are considering it.

I just bought a Lipo and a Therapy wrap so I can’t attest to the results, but I can certainly toot the horn of Customer Service because I have had the best experience EVER! So personable, helpful and sincere. I, as many others, have had HORRIBLE ‘service’, if you can call it that, with USPS. I emailed to Nushape to hopefully be able to opt for UPS. I received a confirmation that they were able to select a different carrier than USPS and my wraps arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition.

I am a happy customer. I've had the lipo wrap for about 18 months and used it daily for about 4 months. I lost 1.5 inches off my thighs and my legs look so much better. It also took down a noticeable amount of back fat and my shirts fit better. For the last year I've used it once a week for maintenance and that's working fine for me. Shout-out to Nushape's responsive customer service as well. I would buy from them again.

This LED wrap actually works! It works great with diet and exercise and is very encouraging and motivating because you start to see results right away! I would say in the first couple times i noticed my waist was a little smaller! My daughter also used it for her knee injury and it helped with pain and recovery!

I’ve had my Nushape wraps for approximately a year & a half now & I absolutely love them. They smooth out & tighten my skin.Recently one of my wraps was only partially working. I emailed LED Phototherapies & they were quick to respond & help me with a replacement. This companies customer service is on point. I could not be happier!

The company is very responsive and the product does make my skin look clear and luminous. I was skeptical, but I use it all the time now on my face and every night around my midsection and I see a definite improvement for both. My husband made fun of me until I showed him the LED can help hair grow back...he's used it on his head. Who's laughing now!
