"A Revolution For Our Business" What do you like best? MyWorks was, simply, a revolutionary change for us as a business. We absolutely love the seamless way it imports orders. And the customer service is top - notch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike? One minor complaint is that MyWorks isn't able to place single line items on the bottom of our Quickbooks sales orders, below our bundles, rather than at the top.

"MyWorks Sync: QBO WooCommerce" What do you like best? Simplicity of the Mapping function to make sure items are mapped together from QBO to WOO, being able to toggle which direction the 2 way sync goes for a number of fields (Inventory, Products, etc), and honestly the felixibility of all the settings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike? We havent quite gotten paid invoices from WOO to QBO in the format that we want with the stripe charge corectly laid out in the invoice. For a while the invoice/books wasn't balancing becuase of how that info was coming through, thankfully there looks to be a few ways to tackle that in the settings. But I feel it can be cleaned up more to make sure the line item detail comes over clearer and the invoice balances (instead of showing a negative for instance and manually balancing the invoice). Also i'm not sure if there is true bundle support yet, but that was an issue in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential product backed by comprehensive support" What do you like best? This tool is essential for integrating my accounting system with my e-commerce store front. "Fast sync for small e-commerce business" What do you like best about MyWorks Sync? It's a serious time saver. I would spend hours synchronizing transactions between my e-commerce shop and my financial program. I need my books to match, especially sales tax, and I have a lot of products. MyWorks Sync syncs my WooCommerce products and sales with Quickbooks Online, so I don't have to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync? There isn't much to dislike. When I first signed up with the product, it was expensive for my tiny company. They have since changed their pricing, which benefits me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is MyWorks Sync solving and how is that benefiting you? The company now offers a free version for shops with fewer sales (I need this). They also provide the ability to synchronize transactions with sales tax calculated with Ava Tax. I'm a stickler for keeping my books in order, which helps tremendously.

"Great SaaS for woocommerce!" What do you like best about MyWorks Sync? Myworks plugin and software is easy to use, has great features including 2-way sync using woocommerce and quickbooks online. Competitors do not offer 2 way syncing or limit you in other ways. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MyWorks Sync? We had the plugin stop working once- however- the help desk immediately responded and worked with us until the problem was resolved. (It was likely do you a server environment change). Myworks software enabled us to use 2-way syncing to update inventory from Quickbooks online to woocommerce, and all online orders from woocommerce to Quickbooks online! This nearly eliminates our manual data entry for orders.

"Outstanding sync, outstanding support" MyWorks has been able to map every custom field we use, including shipping methods, delivery date from a plugin, PO numbers and more. We've even had situations where a mapping wasn't already built into MyWorks, and their support team added it as an enhancement for us within one day. The support team is fantastic - they understand our business goals right away and consistently find a solution that works. Our customers place orders through WooCommerce, but our team relies on invoices in Quickbooks to prep and print orders for the next day. We were previously having to manually sync orders over to Quickbooks because of limitations with another plugin, and the delay often caused operational issues. MyWorks has finally let us sync in real time so our team can operate more efficiently and we don't risk missed orders.

"MyWorks Sync: Efficient, Effective, Accurate Time-saving Package" Overall: Overall, very pleased to have this automated solution in place of the prior tedious and error-prone manual process. Highly recommended. Pros: All of our WooCommerce Orders are automatically posted into the QuickBooks Desktop Pro software that we use for our business management and accounting. Prior to moving to WooCommerce and MyWorks Sync, we had to manually enter every online order into QuickBooks Pro. We now save all of that time and avoid manual data entry errors. While not inexpensive, MyWorks Sync more than pays for itself with time saving and accuracy. Cons: There was a learning curve as we adapted MyWorks Sync to our WooCommerce setup, to our QuickBooks Desktop account structure, and to our business methods. However, the Support team did a great job in guiding us through this and highlighting the proper features and settings to serve our purpose. Really a smooth operation now that we have it all configured. No complaints, but recommend you plan this out early in your WooCommerce deployment. Reasons for Choosing MyWorks Sync: Best match to our technical skills and best solution for our operation.

This plugin has saved me a TON of time! I set this up myself by following the MyWorks setup video which was very easy. After setup, I ran into one issue where a few of my orders didn't sync due to our WP_cron not running. When I submitted a ticket the MyWorks support team was very responsive and I had a solution within 30 minutes! The support team also checked in with me after the issue was resolved to see how things were going. Great Plugin & Support Team!

Great customer service! Pros: You can tell them what your problem is, and they will fix it. This makes things simple. Cons: The customer support is initially chat only. I prefer talking to a person. But they respond quickly and are very helpful. Comments (benefits)- Successful
