I'm still in my trial period, which got extended as we have worked out the kinks. The free tech support has been really great. Of course there will be glitches - what has really made an impression is how helpful and *friendly* they have been, even when I have gotten frustrated. Only head's up I would give to folks is that while their website tell you that bundles are supported, it doesn't mention that there is an extra fee associated with that. Makes sense that additional plug-ins cost more to support, I was just surprised that this cost wasn't communicated up front more.Despite that, we will be using this service and I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to save their business time.
