I’ve been using the extension since about a year and is by far the best solution I found for syncing WooCommerce and QuickBooks Online. Most importantly, you can get customisation from them to fit your exact needs (which are often different depending on your own install, own Woocommerce plugins, etc.) and the team support is fast, attentive and always very professional. I definitely recommend it!

I am very pleased with the response time and support that comes included with a subscription. Service tickets are usually answered within the hour, and on ;one chat has always been very helpful. They are always courteous and seem eager to help.

We tried a couple of other options first, and when we finally switched to My Works EVERYTHING worked better! It works and it is super easy to configure. Tech support is absolutely over the top!

I've only been using this for a few days now, but so far I am so impressed with how much this can do and how much time this will ultimately save us- a game-changer for my small business! I have had a demo call and a set-up call, and both representatives were extremely helpful and patient walking me through all of the features and settings. I'd highly recommend to anyone trying to sync their WooCommerce orders & relevant info into Quickbooks!

I'm so glad I found this plugin! Would give a 100 stars right now. With the YouTube step by Step installation and configuration I had no problem getting it working. I also had help from Peter and Sol whom every time I called in the chat came and solve my questions. Had the trial for 7 days and decided to go ahead and purchase the year package. One of the functions that I love is that exactly hoe I write the tittle product in Quickbooks it automatically changes in Woocomerce, even with Portuguese accents. LOVE IT!! Definitely recommend this one. And they don't ask your card info in the trial.

I work for a WordPress development company and one of our clients needed some pretty specific Quickbooks integrations with WooCommerce. We decided it'd be best to outsource that with a team who can claim to be QuickBooks experts (we know enough to be dangerous, but that's about it). After trying others who weren't helpful in getting things up and running, we thankfully came across MyWorks and have been super pleased with their product and service. We've been working with Peter who has done so much answering questions, helping the client directly, jumping on multiple setup calls to make sure everything is in place. They also were able to help out with some custom development services that made things work even smoother. I absolutely recommend MyWorks to anyone who's looking to sync up WooCommerce with QuickBooks. Awesome stuff!

“Great Product and Great Support!”Overall: Basically by using MyWorks Sync it saves me roughly 1-2 hours per day of getting my customer and order information into Quickbooks - huge time saver!Pros: Really automates well all my transactions synching from WooCommerce to Quickbooks! Support is great . . . any questions I have are answered promptly and with courtesy : )Cons: A bit complex to set up but once its up and running it is easy to use and works like a charm!

I'm still in my trial period, which got extended as we have worked out the kinks. The free tech support has been really great. Of course there will be glitches - what has really made an impression is how helpful and *friendly* they have been, even when I have gotten frustrated. Only head's up I would give to folks is that while their website tell you that bundles are supported, it doesn't mention that there is an extra fee associated with that. Makes sense that additional plug-ins cost more to support, I was just surprised that this cost wasn't communicated up front more.Despite that, we will be using this service and I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to save their business time.

This application has been incredibly helpful for our team. We are saving significant time not having to manually enter sales orders into QuickBooks. In addition, the team at MyWorks has been exceptionally responsive and helpful. Anytime we have a question, we receive a quick and friendly reply. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone working with WooCommerce and QuickBooks.

We had to replace our middleman processing company between our WooCommerce store and QBO system. We did a lot of research and entered into a trial agreement on a Friday mid-day and setup was done the same afternoon. Easy to accomplish, intuitive steps and excellent guidance from MyWorks team! Worked so well, we did not even need to finish the trial. Purchased full license within a couple of days. Highly recommend them. Certainly beats the setup we had previously and the trials we were doing with others. Online chat and ability to screen share is a huge differentiator in their service and support. Others we were waiting on email responses. Excellent company!
