Sub-Zero was not working properly. Joe and Jason were out the following day to assess and give me alternativesā¦partial repair, 100% repair vs. replace with verbal cost vs. benefit analysis. I went with 100% repair and my fridge is once again working with a 2 year warranty. Very professional.
