We received a prompt response from the owner/technician. He was able to walk us through solving the problem ourselves, without a service call. On an earlier occasion, he successfully overhauled our aging sub zero refrigerator, greatly extending its life.

This repair and service organization is the real deal. Woke up on July 4th to a 55 degree refrigerator. Called Certified left a message with the service and with in 10 minutes had a call back from Joe, the owner. Being local to them, and albeit a holiday and they were closed, he was at my home for a service call within the hour. That surely says something about a company! Rebuilt for refrigerator side of my SubZero after we weighed our options of a new one; with all that hassle, expense and supply chain issues, or opting for a rebuild. Having a built in with a wood cabinetry front, we are confident we made the right choice. All this to say, in a matter of about 5 hours, we went from going to buy bags of ice to keep things cold for who knows how long, to a perfectly working SubZero, that we are hoping to get a good number of years from, 15 .

Great experience with Certified Refrigeration. Called them and got a quick call back. After describing the issue, John was immediately able to diagnose the problem and instead of scheduling an appointment he sent me a YouTube video and described the quick fix that I could do myself. Super helpful and professional.

Amazing service. My local authorized subzero dealer could not figure out how to fix my fridge, and basically gave up. But John had the knowledge and patience, and did not give up until it was fixed. Saved me thousands because now I don't need to buy a new one. I would highly recommend Certified Refrigeration.
