John was quite unusual. He was unable to get someone to us today and instead walked us through how to repair our SubZero freezer door that wouldn’t close. It worked!! He saved us money and we didn’t have to throw any of the freezer contents away. It’s refreshing to speak to someone who is unselfish and willing to forgo the fees he would have gotten from a service call. I recommend him and his company highly.
