I'd been watching Youtube videos to try and understand my Sub Zero problems, and I saw Johns videos on Youtube. I called his company and he rang me back in 5 minutes. Even though I was across the country, he had the heart to talk me through some diagnostics and gave me his best advice. Only took him a few minutes to guess the issue and directed me in the right direction. Thankful for his help and I am happy to share my positive experience. Thanks John.
