They are also specialized in Wolf brand… I was so lucky that I found the company. Took a pic of my stove sent to them and they came well prepared the next day. Didn’t even have to wait for the parts! I will def recommend this company

I called this company and left a message that my freezer door was impossible to open. A technician called me back within 5 minutes. I described the problem and he solved it over the phone. He explained that you must wait at least 15 seconds after closing the freezer door before opening it again. That was it! By following his advice and waiting at least 15 seconds to re-open my freezer door my freezer door issue was resolved. I was VERY grateful for his courteous and knowledgeable help.

I placed a call to Certified Refrigeration today and they called me back immediately. John walked me through some easy steps how to fix a simple issue myself. They have great website. Very clear and organized including a video showing how to do a simple maintenance repair to maintain the life of your refrigerator. I would highly recommend Certified Refrigeration for any of your high end appliance repairs.

John at subzero was a Christmas miracle - zero exaggerations. He was patient, listened to my fridge issues, then created immediate solutions. He even went above and beyond and pointed to other things I can look out for such as grill/valve care. For over a year mu fridge would seal tightly and i could not open it for 3-5 minutes after closing it - and the fact that John fixed this issue for me is a game changer! Even more impressive is that I had only to provide the model number over the phone, and he was able to patiently and expertly guide a complete novice like me with no technical acumen to fix a major problem. I am so grateful and impressed by SubZero’s customer service, and in particular John!
