I have contacted 3 service providers, this is the only one who called me back. Not only John was very responsive, he also has a great business integrity. He called to find out the issue with my fridge first and told me how to do a DIY trouble shoot. Then he followed up with 2 more phone calls to make sure the fridge is working properly. He had done all of these without a charge. He is a rare find in the service sector these days as most of the service technicians will just come out and charge you a standard hourly rate. We will definitely call John when we need our fridge fixed next time!
