We were having cooling problems with our sub zero. We called at 8AM spoke with a person. She told us they will get back to us shortly. In 15 minutes we were called back. Joe was at our house at 11AM. He was very nice pleasant and answered all questions. He described the problems. He had everything needed in his truck. It was up and working by 1:30. He replaced a number of parts, and explained why each part was needed to be replaced. He called at 7:30 that evening to ask if all was well. He came back the next morning to replace a problem with one of the shelves that we were having. We could not have asked for a better person to come to our house knowledgeable, pleasant and was very neat where he worked and how the refrigerator was when he left.

Thank you Certified SubZero Refrigeration, especially Julian. You guys revived my old Subzero relics, fridge and freezer. They live again! Julian was professional, thorough and on time. Many Gratzi!

John was great, diagnosed the problem immediately, and helped us fix our problem. He also helped teach us how to maintain our sub zero unit. Highly recommended!

My Sub Z freezer was malfunctioning. I called Sub Z and they referred me to Certified Refrigeration, who responded in under 3 minutes and scheduled service for the next morning. Their responsiveness is echoed in other reviews I have read. This is "old time service" with a smile!
