John at subzero was a Christmas miracle - zero exaggerations. He was patient, listened to my fridge issues, then created immediate solutions. He even went above and beyond and pointed to other things I can look out for such as grill/valve care. For over a year mu fridge would seal tightly and i could not open it for 3-5 minutes after closing it - and the fact that John fixed this issue for me is a game changer! Even more impressive is that I had only to provide the model number over the phone, and he was able to patiently and expertly guide a complete novice like me with no technical acumen to fix a major problem. I am so grateful and impressed by SubZero’s customer service, and in particular John!

John B came out the same day & diagnosed the problem with our freezer so quickly! He is extremely knowledgeable & explained everything so my husband & I could understand. He was such an intelligent, kind, professional, young man who really knows his business! I will recommend John to anyone I talk with! I should add, the lady answering the phone was courteous & helpful too! This business needs to be at the top of everyone’s list to call! They truly are the best!

Joe was great and company was very responsive. Joe explained the options and what was going on and how he was going to fix it. He worked quickly and efficiently and we had a working refrigerator and freezer very quickly!
