Awesome service and knowledgeable technician. Julian came to fix our water leak we have been dealing with for over a year. He quickly found the problem and serviced everything else;filters ,cleanings ,etc in a very efficient manner and educated me on our sub zero refrigerator. Very polite and pleasant young man and a great attitude. Keep up the excellent job Julian. You will be successful anything you choose to do

we had a problem with loud noise in the refrigerator ,within 12 hours Andreas came fixed the problem.he also educated us about cleaning and maintaining.He is a very professional young man with lot of enthusiasm.

Had sub zero on pseg worry free. It flakes out and pseg said part was on back order. 2 weeks later it was still on back order. I called these folks at 1030pm and by 7 am they called me back and where at my house making the repairs. Absolutely recommend them.
