Great experience with Certified Refrigeration. Called them and got a quick call back. After describing the issue, John was immediately able to diagnose the problem and instead of scheduling an appointment he sent me a YouTube video and described the quick fix that I could do myself. Super helpful and professional.

Amazing service. My local authorized subzero dealer could not figure out how to fix my fridge, and basically gave up. But John had the knowledge and patience, and did not give up until it was fixed. Saved me thousands because now I don't need to buy a new one. I would highly recommend Certified Refrigeration.
