I’ve never had such amazing service from a repair service! My freezer wasn’t working, due to negligence from 2 PSE&G technicians. John from Certified Ref came over and fixed the problem the day after I called them. He also gave me a “101” on my Sub Zero refrigerator which was very useful. I will only use them (and John) for future appliance needs!

Found a leak in our fridge. Called and two hours later we had someone here. Rep worked on the issue for 2 hours and left with the problem resolved....
