I'd definitely recommend them. Chris came on time (and gave me a heads up when he was 30 minutes out) and replaced the gasket on my Sub-Zero 650.

Immediate response to my phone call with a next day appointment set up. The technician, Andreas, is professional and extremely bright. His diagnostic skills are very impressive. He immediately assesses the problem. All parts seem to be available on the truck so there is no waiting . It is a genuine pleasure to work with such a great company.
