I spent a good deal of money on my sub zero 25 year old 561 with joe and company, my machine was fixed on Saturday over a year ago. The response time is literally one minute, they call right back. Amazing response and joe is a great guy.
Today I woke up and my refrigerator wasn’t cold. I called the company and within an hour I had John in my kitchen explaining that I needed even more work done to my unit. I really did not want to spend anymore money on an inherited old sub zero. John did the repair that should have costed over a thousand dollars for free. I have a new born and these guys did me and my wife a solid. Companies like this don’t exist anymore, call them when your sub zero breaks.
