Joe, the owner of Certified Refrigeration, is simply AWESOME!! -the most professional, knowledgeable, kind, courteous and helpful service man I have ever met! He always addresses your issue immediately (makes an effort to come ASAP) and truly knows his stuff-and he’s incredibly neat to boot! Every service person, regardless of appliance, should take lessons from this man- he is beyond the best!

John is the best he had all the parts on his truck and did his work on a Saturday he replaced all the gaskets and made it stop leaking highly recommended in Short Hills!
