Had sub zero on pseg worry free. It flakes out and pseg said part was on back order. 2 weeks later it was still on back order. I called these folks at 1030pm and by 7 am they called me back and where at my house making the repairs. Absolutely recommend them.

A wire was out of place and got cut when the cover was opened, causing an electrical short. Joe gave me a call first thing in the morning and helped me trouble-shoot the issue over the phone and suggested some DIY repairs that worked.
I can definitely respect some one who takes the time to explain how to make the fixes, instead of coming out on an expensive service call. Thank you!
